do you know what..i dont think WE do...I really dont.. you only have to look at this place to get a small but good cross section of the fan base..and some of the things used to bash lowe with are ridiculous...and some of the suggestions are ridiculous.... yeah, I know lowe needs to go and his decisions are odd to say the least..but to say we (or most fans) understand the financial restrictions is wide of the mark IMO you only have to look at the outrage displayed by most at the mention of losing a player....(high earner)

why...what if someone at UEFA is not at work..? there is not alot we can do when the world is on a holiday for a day or so.. in some countries (scotland for one) the 2nd of January is also a bank holiday... just saying like..

erm...it is quite possible... loans (due to salary payments) can and do oftern run until the last day of the month...until that day, that club will hold the playing registration for that player...unfortunately for saints...we have hit a bank holiday and a weekend in one go...so those who do..would not be at work in UEFA... quite possible...not saying I think that is the case..but want to put another view out there as just blindly putting the boot into the club for every little thing is embarassing and boring

lets say his loan was up 31st dec...which is highly possible.. with the new year and hols and weekend..it is quite possible that someone in the chain that deals with registrations has not been there at work..?

if fergie needs to play us to think we are a good place to send players on loan then we really must be small time
