not too many are calling for his head..maybe one or two on here... most even on the billy davies thread said that they would not mind him SHOULD JP not work out.. I think 90% of fans are happy (including myself) to give JP time as he has some bloody good ideas

of course they will..and the crowds will get smaller should we get relegated..again, with the odd exception to the rule

who plays and how we play.. f'sure, seeing a bunch of young lads, most of all have been here for a few years playing good stuff at times is great.. but deep down, who else could not really care too much how we play and what players play as long as we win..? I know I just want to see saints win regardless of how and who plays is that negative???

I dont know if that is a little dig but that is how football works.. the higher/better you are the bigger the crowds...the more crap you are the lower the crowds....of course there is the very odd exception to the rule... hence why we get more supporters than say, crewe or barnet or bradford...and the likes of boro, west ham etc get more....

but this isnt last season and we are getting worse already.. look at the state of the season after we did get spanked at home to palace..... we already are off to a worse start.. SHOULD it not work with JP..I hope Billy Davies is the man to come in

BUT...how many were calling for "major investment" in cardiff in 2003 or in Romania in n the UEFA cup?? NO ONE.. it has only been in the last 3 years that "investment" has actually been a huge issue in football in england and in the last 18 months - 2 years it has been a real issue at saints.. but hey, lets not let that get in the way of a moan.. Lowe stepped aside once, albeit under pressure but he stepped aside once with a "manifesto" of promises of investment etc?......but hey, dont let THAT get in the way either...

dodgy over seas money has not damaged english football...it actually allows someone else to win things than generally man utd

i think any administration that has had 11 years in charge and spent record amounts of money on public services and changed financial regulations like never before HAVE to take some responsibility and not hide behind someone who left nearly 18 years ago... then again, i may be wrong..

so what..I never realised that you were obliged to go into detail why you have said opinion.. so many think lowe is great or crap at what he does here and are so unqualified to make either judgement it is untrue... what is the difference here.. most of us have no idea of the real situation yet give, sometimes crazy wilde opinions anyway... isnt that what this is about... would you rather posters like apline, scooby, dalek and the like just disappeared forever to make this incredibly (now) dull site even more bland than it already is???

southampton is an urban jungle with the sprinkling of grass...it has nt much else to offer for fun and relaxation that immediately springs to mind.. what a dull place.

how the hell can anyone answer such a thing without knowing the ins and outs of the finances and contracts etc.. all this place is for is for people to give opinions whether they be slightly odd, mental or completely sensible is that so hard for people to grasp??
