depends on the club you go to and what they are in to I went to one down here and most of the class were current or ex forces anyway. As you can imagine, the south west is full of forces/ex forces. so it was pretty standard sort of circuit. however, in southampton it may have a different flavour if you get me. don't forget, the BMF is the "badge" it carries and will no doubt have an ex forces instructor...but would it be that much different to other similar clubs..? god knows The circuit I did when I went was OK..but it had to cater for the girls in our group. you SHOULD be able to sign up to a certain level..beginner, intermediate etc...but again, depends of the flavour of that group etc Obviously, I don't pay to do stuff like that. I am currently getting back into shape and attend circuit training at work 3 times a week and they are harder than the BMF sessions...for sure. I started again last monday after realising I was getting unfit and it hurt lol edit. just had a look on their site and southampton has a Royal Marine taking the class...so it has the potential to be the best you can get. Those fellas are simply the best...regardless of what anyone in the army say

remember the barnsley game this season just gone quite sunny, quite warm and a complete snore fest other than the goals, Tadanari lee causing them problems (and his bow when coming off) there was no atmosphere what so ever Ironically, the games with the best atmosphere were more like premier league games anyway

totally agree. last time we were in the prem the atmosphere was miles better at SMS than 99% of league 1, passionate, real fan games
