Private jet?

I did wonder whether you were moonlighting on that thread.

Doesn't look any slower to me - Shane Long is older and hasn't lost a step. Never mind in other sports that rely on pace, professionals these days can play well into their 30s.
-
Meanwhile RAWK is following the flight path of a plane with VVD allegedly on it (left Bournemouth airport at 1pm) and comparing the interior trimmings of said plane with those of the plane that featured the the c**t looming moody and pensive in that infamous instagram pic...

Via the freak who's photoshopped an ESPN background on his profile pic but who's really sitting in a kitchen designed by Alpine's late brother-in-law. Thursday couldn't come sooner.

You seem to relish it whenever Yoshida does badly. Strange!

Did Uncle Les get a sell-on fee for Mane?

Which players did you mention before?

Missiles now flying over Japan. Provocative stuff.

You really think he'll be gone come Thursday?

I've got some magic beans and a perpetual motion machine to sell, if you're interested pal.

A couple of observations: 1. Who's going to create chances for them -neither Long nor Austin can create chances for themselves? They're technically limited. With combo of Davis, Lemina and Romeu behind them, our side is painfully short of creativity. 2. Shoehorning Austin and Gabbi as wingers/insider forwards requires them to play slightly deeper. The risk is that Long is still isolated in this setup unless you're prepared to leave Austin and Gabbi up top. That in turn creates a massive gap between our midfield and forwards when developing attacks while leaving our midfield exposed when out of possession. Never mind that nothing in Austin's locker suggests he can play in such a position (Puel initially experimented with him in a similar position and the experiment was short-lived). Gabbi could play there, though his main strength is playing on the shoulder of the last defender and finding space behind defences, not off other strikers.

Can't stand that ground - the distance from the pitch, shallow stands, open corners etc. Coupled with that, they make decent noise. Our support was pîss-poor when we went up there in August 2009. The listless play and summer heat never helps either.
-
Even as we had plenty to cheer as we progressed up the leagues, let's not pretend it was a bed of roses. Remember our support was very fickle at the start of the 2010/11 season, if not toxic (Rochdale and Swindon games stick out). That didn't initially change when we appointed Adkins as manager. While he is rightly seen as a legend now, there was plenty of groaning and grumbling. It was only after we beat Huddersfield, of all teams in a make or break game during the Xmas period that the tide began to turn.

All four sides at St.Marys - in your words "do you actually go to games"?

Imperious on Saturday? His best save came from his own comical error. His second best save came from misjudging a shot and diving early. He made an excellent block from a cross; but let's not get carried away.

Don't be a hysterical drama queen.

Hopefully Hoj can show why we bought him. Would be a perfect complement for Romeu and allow Lemina to play further up the pitch. So far, last summer's window has been a large disappointment.

Chris Wood, the ultimate champo donkey with a last gasp equaliser for Burnley against Spurs

Didn't see the goal - had popped out for a bit.

Kurt zouma's been excellent.

Extend Yoshida's contract - that's been a big highlight for you pal.

He wasn't utter trash. And he was so-so in his first season.
