Thing is even during the height of the meltdowns we always kept a few key established players to provide continuity for the following season. In the summer of 2014, we kept Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Clyne, Fonte that provided a decent defensive foundation. We've never been in situation where we've needed a near-virtual rebuild.
