You're missing the point and not responding to the post. Are you that thick? The point is that Suarez didn't need to throw a strop or feel aggrieved for not being allowed to go to the next level because Liverpool matched his ambition. Can we do the same with Lallana. No - hence they're totally different situations.
-
Even when you're trying your hardest, you're wrong. Know your limits, Glasgow
-
What the f**k are you on about? The transfer window is neither here nor there If he felt hard done by, he could have been a divisive p***k at any point in the season, as history has shown. He didn't - he buckled down because Liverpool matched his ambition in what turned out to be a fantastic season.
-
These things aren't easy to separate - many questions are openended, allowing him more than enough room to mention us if that's what is on his mind. To qualify my earlier post, I'm not sure if he's actually really spoken much about us in front of the national media.
-
The most lazy analogy doing the rounds. Apples and pears. Liverpool made a quick start and ended up challenging for the title - do you think Suarez would have been so cooperative if the scousers had made a s**t or indifferent start?
-
It's just as striking that he's hardly mentioned us in interviews unless directly asked. All very clinical if you ask me.
-
Agree - can't remember this amount of bile being directed at many other former players. Even Kenwyne got off relatively lightly.
-
Nothing better than a good old-fashioned witch-hunt and blood-let.
-
He likes to push the fullbacks as far up as possible - Shaw would be brilliant in his system. Clyne wouldn't be bad either
-
What's there to replace? A crucial part of that link up play has gone with Lambert (admittedly Jrod is still around). Whether Lallana stays or goes, new understandings will have to be built up.
-
Unless they up their bid, there will not be better offers than Liverpool's. Do you seriously think other clubs will come in for him at that price? Next you'll be telling us £25m is a bargain.

That sun pic looks like its from a while back.
-
Exactly. Hence why I asked Pierre -had read a lot about him and wanted to understand more- all before you came steaming in and made an utter tit of yourself.
-
Spot on - a very fair assessment.

5 games remaining and what was considered the most difficult run-in of all the teams at the bottom
-
He was fired after their 5-1 defeat to Bilbao with Valencia two points above the relegation zone. It was the caretaker manager Volo who steadied the ship for the remaining games of the season and steered them to 10th. Welcome back Glasgow.
-
Brenda's got quite a bit to prove in the transfer market - his record is patchy to say the least. Doesn't augur well for the summer, especially if suarez f**ks off to a bigger team.
-
He was chased out of Valencia with the proverbial pitchfork- almost relegated a heavyweight that was near the top of the league. You might be a sucker for cups Glasgow but it was a catastrophic season. He was similarly fired at AZ. You don't think these questions will be raised in an interview? Of course, there maybe perfectly understandable mitigating circumstances. As such, would like to hear someone's informed thoughts rather than read your cut-and-paste Wiki entries

Thanks for the info Guan 7 would suggest that Koeman is the preferred choice - can't think of many other touted names that have a chance of a national job unless it's some footballing backwater.
-
Well it seems that some of the allegations on here were highly and foolishly exaggerated. Rather it's just as much a case of journos throwing theirs toys out for not getting the kind of access they thought they were owed for writing sympathetic pieces in the aftermath of Cortese's departure.
-
Grow a proper beard as opposed to his poorly groomed bum fluff.
-
Welcome Pierre. Would be great to get your thoughts on Koeman, his strengths and weaknesses as a manager, why it's worked at Feyenoord but not at other clubs?
-
Like the media storm is all one big Cortese conspiracy. Deffo.

Peach claiming the add-ons are completely ludicrous in terms of their likelihood of occurring.
