Has the whiff of the team that got comprehensively beat at Everton and West Brom. In other games, we've gone with 3 CMs and/or a more disciplined player like Guly. Even worse, whatever additional attacking threat we might pose is neutered by not playing Ramirez in his best position. At least we did that at QPR.
Thus, against Chelsea, we played Cork, Davis and Morgan, sacrificing one of our front men; against Everton and Arsenal, we had the more disciplined Guly tracking back (I would not want Gaston covering our LB); and against Arsenal and Everton, Gaston was played in his best position i.e. in the hole.
