How would you feel if MoPo gave players who could be lining up in the Brazil (all nationalities) an early break/rested for the last few games of the season? I think its more of the case that Osvaldo's replacement couldn't be found or a deal worked on in January wasn't viable and that Gallagher had caught their eye at that given time. More of a "quick fix" than immediate replacement. I can see at U21/U18 level why he is highly rated in house but it is evident he struggles at PL level which we can all respect and appreciate bearing in mind he's recently turned 18.Had Osvaldo worked or a replacement brought in, I do no think we would of seen as much. He will be on loan to a Championship side next season.

Really unimpressed with second half performance in spite of the quality Liverpool posses. Lack of forward runners when we have had a ball carrier heading towards goal. Chambers has done very well . Easily one of Fonte's worst performances in a Saints shirt.

We will have some success with more frequent diagonal crosses from Chambers in advance position. Lambert playing behind the shoulder of Flanigan when delivered might do the trick. Something we've deployed before (vs Rafael, Clyne when at Palace).
