Last year we had 20k a game. This year 15k. So Lowe has cost us at least 5000 x £20 on average = £100k Over 24 homes games that's £2.4million Rupert has cost the club. Forward that sum to the club's bankers and ask them whether he should stay or go?

I am not going because I've had enough. I put my heart and soul into this club over the years. I don't like big games, I like good games and people who play with heart and soul. I didn't run on the pitch when we stayed up last year. I stood in the stands and reflected on the luck we'd had and hoped to goodness we would use the opportunity to build for the future. Money is so tight now that I refuse to support a regime that is so clearly inept and arrogant it has lost ALL SIGHT of what it means to be a football club, the role of that club and its position both within the community and towards the supporters who have stood by the club throughout its history. You can only bang your head against a wall for so long before you realise all that's happening is that your head is hurting. I had to leave early on Saturday for the sake of my health and because I was so angered by the attitude of the coaching set-up who showed themselves to be incompetent. Will I rush back if we start winning? Yes, because to start winning we will have to change our board and/or management. If we start winning by chance under the current shambles then...pah..no chance... who am I trying to kid? Until then, I genuinely wish the young lads luck, they deserve better. I urged people to go all season. Now, the club could fold tomorrow and I would be sad but move on with my life.

For now what we need is a spokesperson. Someone with respect who can call the shareholders to account and around whom the FANS - those with and without financial clout - can rally. That is what we need, someone to LEAD the fans, to UNITE them in support of the club. Someone who can act as a CATALYST for change. If the Trust wants to approach MLT, great. But SOMEONE has to UNITE us otherwise we just bumble along moaning and groaning. Well the time for TALK is OVER. It is now TIME FOR ACTION.

Matt can lead a consortium. Just be the front. Call for unity. Shareholders must listen. The man was and is the heartbeat of this club.

Our club must be rid of the current board. Only ONE MAN alive can unite Southampton fans. HE must come forward and do the bravest thing he has ever done. As brave as standing in the middle of our little ground and lobbing the keeper from 45 yards, braver even. Do the thing he was born to do. Lead. HE knows that around him EVERY fair-minded fan will rally to his call. Matthew, YOU must stand up now and be heard. Talk to us. Use your influence with the media and your friends to call for CHANGE. Call for a boycott, call for new investors, call for ACTION. Apathy will kill this club. Only YOU can start the Change this club now needs. It might be enough for the shareholders to unite and do what is RIGHT for the club not their egos or petty self-interests. If it is not, it will at least drawn ATTENTION to our plight, to UNITE us in a cause and be the CATALYST for Change.

I think their guy was two yards offside but the ball came off a defender on the way through - not sure the law on that because it wasn't a deliberate touch but it was a touch, off someones arm from my view!

The first half we looked ok because Donny were cr4pping themselves. They had as many chances as we did AND came as close to scoring TWICE. Half time 2-2 would have been the correct score. Our efforts however masked the fact we had NO MIDFIELD for the whole game. Donny ran us ragged there. Spunked all over us. Neither Surman nor Spiderman held - both were all over the place. We had no shape, no discipline. No spine or structure to the team. THIS is our problem. We are shapeless. Jelly fish. And the piece de resistance? Oh, playing a right footer on the left and vice versa so we have no WIDTH. Brilliant. No shape AND no width. Can he compound this disaster I wonder?? Like Bob the Builder - YES he can. By going 3 - 7... What a twerp. Someone should have killed him when they were having a go at him. And Lowe. Got us banned from the league. Put me out of my misery. Oh, how was their 2nd goal? And ours. Only I left after 61 minutes and I'm NEVER EVER going back. EVER. Until Lowe is hanging from the Itchen Bridge with JP dangling off him, and me cutting each of Lowe's fingers, one by one, slowly with a blunt knife. Not that I feel bad tonight or anything.
