I don't disagree with what you're saying, though I would suggest that if we were to 'progress as a club' (or go the other way for that matter) we would have other priorities. My point being that this is that rarest of seasons when the FA Cup is virtually the only achievable thing we have to aim for. Thanks!

A little facetious but the underlying point is a good one- when we have proven that we will keep our manager and best players we can make a reasoned decision on the impact of Cortese leaving.
