He's been out of the game for so long I can't even remember which style of football his teams play.

Isn't that why Curbishley left West Ham? He hasn't been employed since.

Le Tissier: "Cortese is not a nice human being"
capitalsaint replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
I humbly put myself forward as the head of the SST. If you all give me 100 quid now and promise another 900 later I'll force a takeover. Honest. -
Already?!

Le Tissier: "Cortese is not a nice human being"
capitalsaint replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
So let's all rally around you. What would you like us to do, go on a protest march? I'm sure the media would give us lots of coverage, the disgraceful state that of the club is there for all to see. Maybe we should start chanting 'We Want Cortese Out' too. It's about time the chairman realised that these last two years have been some of the least enjoyable, most depressing times for me and most other Saints fans. -
perfect! thanks phil.

Training Ground Development - "temporarily suspended"

What are you on about? Your info has already been used once on this thread to support a point, basically the opposite of dismissing it. -

He basically does. I defended Reed as I think he's a good influence. -

Do you agree that Les Reed is a bad influence on NC? 'Cos that's what old Mockles thinks. -

The Newcastle manager wasn't too great at Charlton either. -

I just thought it seemed a bit odd that you would make reference to him treating 'poor' people badly, which hasn't really got anything to do with ambition. Didn't Turkish or somebody mention a while back that Les Reed actually acts as the conduit between NC and NA, and has before convinced NC not to sack the manager? -
Relegation, a statistical analysis...
capitalsaint replied to Dibden Purlieu Saint's topic in The Saints
Did you even read it? It talks about goals conceded and scored at the end of the season AND mentions your exact point. -

I don't recall him ever doing anything that would suggest class warfare. Are you trying your best to mould him into Lowe? -
Was that the same time spurs took Mido from under our noses too? Remember it being a huge blow that they didn't come here.

As the OP states, the surrounding area is a bit of a dump.

Some Tweets Saying We Have Borrowed Against Future Season Ticket Sales

The double relegation and administration has really destroyed our fanbase. We've turned into a load of paranoid, high-maintenance freaks. If the fans were a girl I'd have broken up with them a long time a go so they could go and get some much needed therapy. -
They already do

I've mentioned it before, but the tax system is far more complicated than the percentages. Every time the tax code is rewritten, ambiguous language is used in some parts so the avoidance industry (which is huge) has something to play with. Every decent accountant will have a tax advisor who specialises in finding loopholes which can save their clients money. More people are employed in tax avoidance than there are those who are avoiding the tax. The other thing I've never understood (and I'm fairly young and not even living in the UK) is why there is so much animosity towards wealthier people, when by and large they've worked damned hard to get where they are. How many people can claim to hate the rich but at the same time remember the days when they messed around in school? Everybody has to work, that's a given, but how many of us have actually worked hard at the things that mattered when they mattered?

It's a reduction in the rate of borrowing.
