I would like to see Saints kick towards to Northam in the second half for two reasons. Firstly, as many have already mentioned, the Northam is much louder so contant onslaughts on the oppositions goal is going to be met with alot of noise which can lift the players further. The second point is that as it is at the moment, the opposition kick towards their fans in the second half. Surely this gives them a bit of a lift.

If we can just score some goals then everything will be fine. IMO the defence is sorted so knock in some goals and we will be winning in no time. Easier said than done though!

I still think its hard to say at the moment as to what we should be aiming for. In 5 games time I think we will be able to make a rough estimate. Nearer the top of the bottom half of the table could be possible, but yes at the moment it does look like a relegation battle.

Just watched some West Ham v Millwall footage on Youtube and thought whats the most violence in recent years related to Saints? When we play Pompey there is obviously high tension but the violence wouldnt be as bad as West Ham, would it? I have no idea so I am curious I just find the footage remarkable and amazed at the utter hatred between the two sets of fans. It's disgusting to be perfectly honest.

It definitely can't help the players confidence but I think its just frustration by the fans. Fans want Saints to win every week but we have to accept this is a long process. Due to not winning fans boo, spur of the moment I feel but when you reflect after the game, u realise it was wrong to boo

To be fair Mills has just come back from injury, and I didn't think he played that bad. James had a decent game for me, his crosses were by far the better ones. Have to agree with the other three players though. Not good at all

I thought James played quite well today. Looks much better in CM than RB. Fair play to him. One of Saints better players today

Thomas/Murty---Jaidi--Trotman---Harding Our defence is now sorted. Trotman does a job very well for us. I expect Jaidi to do the same, if not better.
