  1. Mine always seem worse on sundays in the changing rooms at football, god knows why, cos if i have not got a game they are not as bad. Deep heat must multiply the stink.
  2. Norwich away.... lets be aving you !!
  3. looking forward to swindon personally, mainly because i have a couple of mates that support them and as you say is easyish to get to
  4. First time i have heard of this site, could be useful Thanks !
  5. Too bloody right, it does not surprise me how long it is taking one bit. It is pretty annoying though, and i have pretty much lost all interest in it now. Still, hopefully it will be alright in the end.
  6. CCTV although springing up everywhere is pretty crap tbh. Police can hardly ever use it for evidence so i have been told. Hope the little bastards get banned though, no place for that sort of crap at football.
  7. Thats what i meant, crap season just gone, but then richards had a poor season compared to 2 years ago also
  8. They need time to bed in the new players, then they will be a challenger. But yes, need a better defence. Dunne had a good season last season but this one went to pot.
  9. Hopefully then whole channel will sod off from where it came from.... although, on the plus side. 'England are on Satanta' is a brilliant excuse for the pub (not that i ever really need one)
  10. I like all of these, something a bit different. And would be nice for the 125th year agreed. Although i don't like the St Mary's bit
  11. Whatever you say about the guy he tried to save the club, he put time and effort in to get a deal done. So ok, he didn't complete and perhaps he was not quite up to te job or whatever but still he had a go. Better then alot of other so called saints fans out there with cash in their back pockets that are all just sitting back and hoping things will sort them selves out. TBH i don't think any of us that sit back and will into the computer screen can slag of a man that made a geniune attempt to save us.
  12. we will walk this league
  13. They have life jackets
  14. Everyone is the same though, just sit around and wait with a thumb up their ass hoping the world will sort itself out.
  15. Probably exactly the answer, it's a shame, as i say they do a hard job made harder by the CPS etc. But, why do i deserve to be treated badly by him for no reason ?? Even after making life not difficult for them ?
  16. Well, noone saw that coming did they ???? Christ are the walls at stamford bridge full of holes ??
  17. They see sense then
  18. i would like to keep him, lets offer them bwp instead ;-)
  19. Boycotts ?? more like stay at homes. I suspect the 'boycott' era was just a bandwagon excuse to those that had given up and/or could not afford to go because of the credit crunch and all that. As for the post i notice you were not all singing all dancing when we were all worried about the club going into liquidation a few weeks back. So congrats guys for pushing us into unsteady waters, pushing us to league 1 and a - 10 congrats for tearing more confidence from an underconfident team. Face it, the big boycott was just a small flash in the pan and did nothing, the major reason of decline was **** football and less money.
  20. KJI is just stirring it up to ensure the country remains (at least thought of as) a threat. It would be a much harder task then afghanistan and iraq from start to finish and the military is so well funded out there (as per % of wealth). The people are treated badly however and i have read in some places resort to eating grass. As per USA being world police, as much as i believe they got Iraq seriously wrong you cannot allow people to live in oppression. You can say what you like about them flexing muscles and britain should only look after our own but it is a very selfish outlook. I would not want anyone suffering anywhere, the main problem is however even with the fall of the taliban and saddam both countries (and pretty much all of middle east) are so fractious and hold many different religions and tribes (wrong word but can't think) that all fight each other, some are glad the regimes are gone others are not, link this with the idealists stirring things up and things get nasty.
  21. 23 and a ford mondeo (work). So not a chavy car that screams to be pulled.
  22. His name was Glenn Ploughman, it was in the papers, he was actually my cousins boyfriend, but yes, i know everyone always gives it the he would not hurt a fly after assaults but he seriously was not. He was on the way home from skateing when he was set upon (did not know them). Just another example of this **** world we live in today, and nothing ever seems to change, be it police, cps or government, what has to happen before things turn towards the good ? I appreciate that and it may well be the CPS, i was just saying it does not help that the only two times i have come into contact, and as i said it wasn't even as if i was speeding etc or doing anything wrong, they were unaproachable and generally showed me contempt. Considering both times i was found to have nothing at all out of order, (car, insurance, tax etc) i don't understand why i get treated as if i am a criminal. Both times BTW i was not difficult (i don't understand why anyone would be as surely your asking for more trouble)
  23. Never realised this, makes me think twice about wanting to go, don't mind the cricket but thought it would be a good day out, £20 is not too bad but being forced to pay the £3.50 a pop for a pint is less steep more vertical. Shame a small few have spoiled it for the rest of us.
  24. May be a c*nt but only argue with what i needed to, i was not really argueing with him, like when he said i looked nervous i jokingly said yeah because he scared the **** outta me, i didn't get angry with him, but the way he was treating me did **** me off, it was as if he had made his mind up. A bit of history however is that one of my friends was killed in town, he was assaulted and on the way home blacked out and hit his head on the curb, which eventually killed him. The police later found out 3 youths that they knew were involved in the assault but said they doubted they could make a conviction and so nothing happened. Another mate of mines son was assaulted, pretty badly and put in hospital, the police went to his house and said to him that they knew exactly who he was, said it had happened before but they were not going to prosecute. They even had the cheek to say they expected him to do it again and they will have enough evidence next time. My mate said 'don't worry i'll sort it myself then' to which he was warned he could be cautioned. I apologise for my blanket comments that really were probably a tad harsh looking back, but in the two times that i have been stopped i have been treated with complete contempt even though i have not actually been hostile or difficult. You are innocent until proven guilty, and seeing neither time was speeding or anything why treat me like a criminal ? They do a difficult job, one i can't do. But truth is they are loosing the publics respect so why make it any worse for themselves ?
  25. only cos you need a bloody nuke to take not so gentle ben down
