Not saying a would not keep him but don't think he agrees with being a rotational player, TBF he has started 17 games this season and been subbed on in god knows how many. Only time will tell (like everything)

So, looking increasingly like he is off. Apparantly to a premiership rival if Kia is speaking the truth. So, are Man Utd making a big mistake ?? I really rate him however i do see the issue with the two Ron's, Berba, Welbeck and even young Cambell (at Spurs) and Macheda. I can see him moving over to Man City, and believe he will do really well there. Works hard and would probably get goals if given more of a chance.

Car key Door key Missus's mums door key My parents door key Key fob for social club tesco clubcard Some drink discount card And a crappy thing that says if my keys get lost. If they hand them in to halifax they will give them a tenner. (or alternatively they could just break into 3 houses, have a car)

Petition for a gagging order for all past directors...
Smirking_Saint replied to Gordon Mockles's topic in The Saints
All the daily echo is at the moment seems to be the jeremy kyle of the local paper world. Bear baiting all parties into a slagging match. -
Bite the bullet and make him come back. If they agreed a fee make them match it. As for the we need the money thing, if we really need to sell him to keep us affloat to give us more time to find a buyer i feel we may as well end it all now. If i was Swansea i would make the offer, they don't know who is likely to come in and whether the goal posts move.

In, time to end the sh!t slinging, they are all to blame in there own ways. Time to move on. You have my signature. All of it is twisted truths anyways, aimed to help keep the wolves from the door. When will they learn they have nothing more to offer and realistically never did. -
Lowe makes an even bigger mammary gland of himself...

As i said before i believe the whole thing was doomed because of the decisions made at board room level and began to spiral out of control a long time ago. We should have noticed when we sold off players and replaced with little quality. -
Lol, was waiting for a reply like this. Just conveyancing opinion, not alot else to talk about.

Number 1.... thank christ for that, hopefully i won't have to sit through another one of those bloody TV shows the missus watches. Number 2.... How long until they get back together and make money on some sort of magazine deal or new crappy TV show (fingers crossed they bloody don't) Number 3.... Did anyone really give a sh!t in the first place ?

Fry fiddles (not in the corrupt sense) while Rome burns

Christ... Sit yourself down, loosen the tie and have a glass of water Seriously though, i am surprised if A is true and would question the integrity of the party if it was. Not calling you a liar, just my opinion. However surely they are being moved for a reason, MF is after all a professional and so he must know what he is doing. -

Fair point, one that i believe could be said about harry 'wheeler dealer (and probably stealer)' Redknapp and George 'I'll sign that if you chuck in a bottle of bells' Burley. IMHO however i believe that the health issue was just an excuse for our WGS. However with the exposure of Europe (where we were dreadful, oh what a night) and the Cup Final we could have upped a gear. -

I do appreciate that, was just saying a blanket statement really, and feel Hypo probably was also but in essence i suppose the less a consortium/idividual pays for the club out of X amount then the more they have out of X amount to sustain and invest in the business. I know we never used to spend more than we sold but arguably we are going to need to if we are to climb back to our former glories. -

TBF i read this the other day and as much as i want to forget about the bloke if he keeps popping up making a tit of himself and attempting to throw the blame towards somebody else then i just can't, his letter and subsequent response did make me laugh though. IMO everyone that has been near the club is to blame, Lowe began it all with his lack of funding to some good managers (all the way back to souness) he then failed to invest after the cup final and then lacked the funds to see Strachan's ambition. Crappy managerial appointments. Etc etc, failing to sell to potential buyers. Then Crouch and Wilde coming in to ensure the accounts became even worse. And TBF i believe Lowe genuinly came back to help us out.... but he failed. God i wish i could forget the man but how can you with the mess we are in now and his constant sh!t slinging and overall nonsense he keeps spouting in the media ?? * sorry, how could i forget also about the crazy new executives that graced us for a short while -

Cos he would get the lowest cost of buying the club and appeasing creditors etc, so more we hope is left to invest. Which is a fair point and best option. Or just somebody obscenely wealthy that wants a challenge. -

Never said i was ok with the fact that he is stalling for money reasons... more that he is attempting to get the best deal for himself. My arguement was just to point out the fact that both the Fry's have a job to do, and as far as work is concerned everyone is out to get the best deal for themselves, it's just how the world works. Mark fry has no ties with saints other then gaining a better outcome for his bosses. I would rather he didn't gain thousands out of our misery but unfortunately it's a means to an end and now unavoidable. As for Lowe, i honestly believe he came back to attempt to rescue us (though by that point we were doomed and he did a pretty poor job) but the fact is he lost good managers due to lack of funding, premiership status and then lost potential bidders due to him attempting to gain a better outcome for himself at a time when it was unlikely. -

No way... if someone was willing to put good money into a league 1 club with -10 points they are not going to walk away. Christ, the money men would know how this all works, they are not buying a packet of biscuits or a panini football sticker. It is Fry's job to pick the best deal, not rush into the first option, plus he is being PAID to wait for the best deal. I know it is frustrating but this is what administration brings, see the reality for what it is. Plus all the crap popping up in the media i expect is pure speculation with a few puffs of smoke to back it up thats all. As for having enough buyers over the years, i expect we would have been bought out and nowhere near this mess if Lowe was not such a money grabbing inept........ you get the idea -
I rate the lad, for every creative player you need someone to get stuck in and run around. I for one would hate to play against him, he is like a little terrier and thats what i feel we need. Hope we keep him. It would only do him good.

Smirking_Saint replied to OldNick's topic in The Saints
Guys i do agree with the fact that all of this is taking a very long time (i thought it would take a while but not this long) but at the end of the day the man has a job to do to get the best for the creditors NOT THE CLUB but creditors. None of us know whats going on, even the ITK's i expect only know snippets of info and chinese whispers. Saints fan or not he was given a job to do which was obviously manage our spending, we massively over spent, as far as i could see he had given us as much rope as we could possibly have (and probably a bit more) which is part of the reason we are in this mess. Nobody is blameless, Lowe started the downfall, and Crouch/Wilde with their obvious financial inabilities helped along the way too. We were heading for relegation anyways and debts were spiralling out of control, from that point i feel the man at barclays had little to know choice whomever he supported he was obviously doing a job watched by HIS bosses. The administrator is not a saints fan, again he is doing a JOB, a job for the creditors and also probably attempting to get as much for his company as possible (thats pretty much what all admin teams do). Of course he is taking his time, looking for the best deal and raking up the expenses, anybody that hero worshiped is a bit deluded TBH and also anyone that is slamming him for taking his time.... he has no real love for the club. The thing is i bet if we rushed into a decision that turned out to be a bunch of jokers with a winning scratchcard the very same people will be slamming him for other reasons !!! Give him some time, let him get the job done and hope and pray all will be well. I feel we will be ok, i couldn't see it going this far if there were no promising negotiations, after all if we come out with nothing i don't expect begbies will get as big of a pay off. *sorry for some of my opinions echoing the above, it took me a while to write whilst cooking breakie -
