  1. Christ... Sit yourself down, loosen the tie and have a glass of water Seriously though, i am surprised if A is true and would question the integrity of the party if it was. Not calling you a liar, just my opinion. However surely they are being moved for a reason, MF is after all a professional and so he must know what he is doing.
  2. Fair point, one that i believe could be said about harry 'wheeler dealer (and probably stealer)' Redknapp and George 'I'll sign that if you chuck in a bottle of bells' Burley. IMHO however i believe that the health issue was just an excuse for our WGS. However with the exposure of Europe (where we were dreadful, oh what a night) and the Cup Final we could have upped a gear.
  3. I do appreciate that, was just saying a blanket statement really, and feel Hypo probably was also but in essence i suppose the less a consortium/idividual pays for the club out of X amount then the more they have out of X amount to sustain and invest in the business. I know we never used to spend more than we sold but arguably we are going to need to if we are to climb back to our former glories.
  4. ?? The call being ??
  5. TBF i read this the other day and as much as i want to forget about the bloke if he keeps popping up making a tit of himself and attempting to throw the blame towards somebody else then i just can't, his letter and subsequent response did make me laugh though. IMO everyone that has been near the club is to blame, Lowe began it all with his lack of funding to some good managers (all the way back to souness) he then failed to invest after the cup final and then lacked the funds to see Strachan's ambition. Crappy managerial appointments. Etc etc, failing to sell to potential buyers. Then Crouch and Wilde coming in to ensure the accounts became even worse. And TBF i believe Lowe genuinly came back to help us out.... but he failed. God i wish i could forget the man but how can you with the mess we are in now and his constant sh!t slinging and overall nonsense he keeps spouting in the media ?? * sorry, how could i forget also about the crazy new executives that graced us for a short while
  6. Cos he would get the lowest cost of buying the club and appeasing creditors etc, so more we hope is left to invest. Which is a fair point and best option. Or just somebody obscenely wealthy that wants a challenge.
  7. But unfortunately tend to be the only ones that can afford them.
  8. Never said i was ok with the fact that he is stalling for money reasons... more that he is attempting to get the best deal for himself. My arguement was just to point out the fact that both the Fry's have a job to do, and as far as work is concerned everyone is out to get the best deal for themselves, it's just how the world works. Mark fry has no ties with saints other then gaining a better outcome for his bosses. I would rather he didn't gain thousands out of our misery but unfortunately it's a means to an end and now unavoidable. As for Lowe, i honestly believe he came back to attempt to rescue us (though by that point we were doomed and he did a pretty poor job) but the fact is he lost good managers due to lack of funding, premiership status and then lost potential bidders due to him attempting to gain a better outcome for himself at a time when it was unlikely.
  9. No way... if someone was willing to put good money into a league 1 club with -10 points they are not going to walk away. Christ, the money men would know how this all works, they are not buying a packet of biscuits or a panini football sticker. It is Fry's job to pick the best deal, not rush into the first option, plus he is being PAID to wait for the best deal. I know it is frustrating but this is what administration brings, see the reality for what it is. Plus all the crap popping up in the media i expect is pure speculation with a few puffs of smoke to back it up thats all. As for having enough buyers over the years, i expect we would have been bought out and nowhere near this mess if Lowe was not such a money grabbing inept........ you get the idea
  10. I rate the lad, for every creative player you need someone to get stuck in and run around. I for one would hate to play against him, he is like a little terrier and thats what i feel we need. Hope we keep him. It would only do him good.
  11. Guys i do agree with the fact that all of this is taking a very long time (i thought it would take a while but not this long) but at the end of the day the man has a job to do to get the best for the creditors NOT THE CLUB but creditors. None of us know whats going on, even the ITK's i expect only know snippets of info and chinese whispers. Saints fan or not he was given a job to do which was obviously manage our spending, we massively over spent, as far as i could see he had given us as much rope as we could possibly have (and probably a bit more) which is part of the reason we are in this mess. Nobody is blameless, Lowe started the downfall, and Crouch/Wilde with their obvious financial inabilities helped along the way too. We were heading for relegation anyways and debts were spiralling out of control, from that point i feel the man at barclays had little to know choice whomever he supported he was obviously doing a job watched by HIS bosses. The administrator is not a saints fan, again he is doing a JOB, a job for the creditors and also probably attempting to get as much for his company as possible (thats pretty much what all admin teams do). Of course he is taking his time, looking for the best deal and raking up the expenses, anybody that hero worshiped is a bit deluded TBH and also anyone that is slamming him for taking his time.... he has no real love for the club. The thing is i bet if we rushed into a decision that turned out to be a bunch of jokers with a winning scratchcard the very same people will be slamming him for other reasons !!! Give him some time, let him get the job done and hope and pray all will be well. I feel we will be ok, i couldn't see it going this far if there were no promising negotiations, after all if we come out with nothing i don't expect begbies will get as big of a pay off. *sorry for some of my opinions echoing the above, it took me a while to write whilst cooking breakie
  12. More like a go kart
  13. Many people believe i am a photocopier salesmen...........which is amusing. And apparantly he has many contacts, and in from what i gather is pretty amazing at everything.
  14. Please don't let BWP stay, he is f'kin awfull. He has pace........... and thats about it. The only reason people say he is unpredictable is because you are unsure if he will actually hit the target or hoof it over from 5 yards.
  15. Think DMG will have a much better season next year. Plus you can't blame him, playing in a team with no creativity and still scoring 15 (though don't let him near a penalty again). Although Simon Cox would also be a quality signing. I feel DMG CDAJ in midfield TBH. And yes, we are screaming out for some muscle up front, some height. Maybe it's worth sticking and seeing what Euell can do ??
  16. Think an absolutely ideal man for the job would have been young darren ferguson (good pedigree and hopefully links with dad) however with Posh's promotion i know i am only dreaming. Wotte had an ok start but feel towards the end he was exposed especially with his narrow diamond game (and weak full backs that could have made it work). He made a good go for it but now we need a new start followed by stability. We need someone in to stabilize and be in for the long haul i am affraid, lets go continue or tradition of the manager merry-go-round. And no, it does not have to be the rigid 4-4-2 but just needs to work and needs a manager to recognise when it does not. Tisdale would be a good shout but how long until he reaches his level ?? (not saying he will but it will be a risk)
  17. Only ever played FF once an not really bothered. It's COD modern warfare that moves me !!! COD WAW is **** IMO. But Modern warfare 2 should be awesome. Plus can't wait for a Fallout 4 (if they bother) Fallout 3 was F'n Brilliant.
  18. IFILL ?? the same that was at us ?? I felt he was a food player ?? I'd have him back no sweat.
  19. For christ sake. Can we stop this ?? Nobody actually knows anything really do they? All this is just speculation !! I believe most of us have heard snippets from different people even myself (that i will not release !! i DO NOT BELIEVE myself ITK but only know rumours) whats the point ?? as far as a know the non-disclosures are holding firm so those that post what they wkow are guessing ?? Let it all play out !! Far as i believe we will have a club to support one way or another and we should gain promotion to CCC if all works out but it is down to the admin team to which proposal they accept and they act in the interests of the CREDITORS not the club directly. All have belief, all hold on for a few days and it will all be revealed, SFC will live on.
  20. Bum Crumble is still king http://bum-crumble.mybrute.com/cellule
  21. Really ?? What happened to non-disclosure ?? Plus don't like this talk of SLH PLC. I don't ever want to see the PLC again. Been there, done that, got the heart ache.
  22. Will it be expensive in there ??
  23. :smt009
  24. He will be able to cream off another name for a few more seasons then
