If not at least swap Skacel and Surman's positions. And a strikeforce of Euell and BWP - how many goals have they scored combined this season? Those two must surely be the worse strike force in chamionship. We have our only decent finisher Saga on the bench, and Holmes hasn't even made the bench. What is going on? Next season, presuming we are relegated, Jason Euell, Rudi Skacel, BWP, Wayne Thomas, Rasiak, and Stern John will need to be offloaded due to their wages in relation to the performances they put in. Would be lovely to keep Kelvin Davis, JPS, Saga, but this is dependent on us having rich owners and if they would like to play for us next season. Andrew Surman, Adam Lallana, David McGoldrick, Nathen Dyer are our most saleable assets. However I think we should try to keep all of them. If we need the money however I can see them being sold to CCC/ prem teams battling relegation. Goalkeepers - If Kelvin does leave then we should keep hold of both Bialkowski and Forecast provided they're not on huge wages. Defence - Chris Perry, Jamie Hatch, Olly Lancashire, Jamie Hatch, Joseph Mills, Lee Molyneux should be retained Midfield - ideally Surman, Lee Holmes, Lloyd James, Lallana, Schneiderlin, Gillett, Jake Thomson, Oscar Gobern and Ryan Smith should be kept on. Forwards - McGoldrick, White, Paterson, McLaggon, Saga if we can! Even if we manage to keep hold of so many players we will need to utilise the loan market well, and sign experienced, hungry players to guide the nippers.

This and it would be worthless by January, suggests that he does not believe should SOS take over they would be able to run the club successfully. Bad news imo, will be very difficult trying to find a buyer willing to part with serious cash, for a club that may be in the chamionship next year or on -10 in league 1. And don't we have to find a buyer in 3 weeks? Also, won't help the players focus on the task at hand.

I think Paul Tisdale would be the best choice, but if we get relegated to League 1, then I doubt he would come here. As at the moment it looks like Exeter will be joining us next season.
