I happen to know people who work on it Sergei. They are the vanguard of the socialist revolution. Made in Chelsea is the death knell of capitalism and trust fund kids.
-
Try calling hypo a lovely, generous, rounded personality.
-
Big fan of Made in Chelsea, certainly. It's the subtlest piece of radical TV I've seen in years. The upper classes will never survive their unmasking as unmitigated, wasted idiots.
-
THe Greeks did well to dump the buffoon on us. THe Windsors should do a reality show. It'll make Made in Chelsea look like a Jean-Luc Godard movie.
-
I suspect what appals a lot of people on here is that someone like hypochondriac - or at least his insufferable 'persona' - should be placed by the banning decision in a position of self-declared moral superiority. Regardless of who owns this forum, it demeans us all to have deppo banned and hypo celebrating it. In that sense, I find it all the more surprising that admin has effectively told the majority of posters on here to effectively go **** themselves. Has hypo's performance on here shown them nothing?

As others have said, the size of your hard drive - whether it's 200GB or 1TB - won't improve performance or speed. If the latter is what's important, better to go for souped up RAM (I have 12GB on my machine) and not worry about the HD. I prefer to keep my media separate anyway, and have started using the cigarette-case sized WD Passport SE, which is 1TB and costs about £80 or less.
-
Not bothered. We'll never play them again.

Brilliant. I was Roman before I was Verbal and spent many long happy hours sparring with 19C. I was one of the recipients of his infamous confessional PM.

Saints matchday programme now printed in pompey, please boycott buying it!

Yet more outsourcing to the third world. Disgraceful. -
There've been a few things worth listening to since the Beatles split up. Swedish House Mafia (my son's favourite...what are they? Band?) aren't one of them, surely.

He may be king but he is still a crappy guitarist.

It seems that with hypo's ludicrously childish PM campaign and the alleged 'reinvestigation' of past posts in order to get up to the required number of infractions, this is becoming a bit of a DeppoGate.
-
So you're saying that deppo is banned at least partly because you campaigned for it? That's an astonishing thing to say - that you've manipulated the mods and done goodness knows what behind the scenes to get a popular poster chucked out.
-
It's not him, it's his 'persona'. So you're safe. You can't insult his persona because it's not real. So he says.
-
True, but gross misconduct is a civil issue, not a criminal one. There's no one, like a public prosecutor, standing over the club saying 'you must sack him - you have no choice'. The club would only invoke the clause if they wanted to.
-
Yep. I'm willing to bet the club don't sack him if he's found guilty.
-
And to discuss serious threads ridiculously. Insisting on being po-faced the whole time sounds silly. Sometimes the most astute and economical points are made with humour and sarcasm.
-
They do have a choice. Gross misconduct is usually the only get-out clause for clubs wanting to sack players who going off the rails. But there'd be an arguable case from his lawyer that he wasn't on club duties when this happened. I'm always a little nervous about joining the clamour the cast out the bad boys. We did it with Ranger, Dyer and BWP (who I could care considerably less about) and I'm not sure, as a club, we've always been the winners with that.
-
Neither of the posters gloating on here about Deppo's banning would be missed but I wouldn't want them banned. The impulse to ban indicates deeper character flaws in my opinion.
-
No, I'm sure that's true, but you could argue that someone selling the club might do that (heaven forbid). Much less easy to achieve the same effect with higher transfer fees and increasingly expensive player contracts.
-
Not necessarily. Player signings are a better indication, as welcome as the training upgrade is.
-
I'm not sure we know that for sure yet. It could be the case - but the summer signings will give us the best indication of the Liebherr family's intentions about their level of involvement and investment in the club.
-
You know that's not what I meant. Why is dune here at all, given his banned previous selves? And 'the sheer number?' We're still waiting to see what the '19' occasions were. If the reasons for infracting him were anywhere near as feeble as the one you highlighted then the 'sheer number' may be closer to zero than you would (clearly) like.
