Wish I could watch a stream of it, but reluctant to here at work. I'll be F5'ing this thread constantly!

Yeah it's hard to pinpoint where the problem lays. Currently the third choice QB is playing (not too badly) but everyone was expecting the Texans to do well and it has been the opposide. Shame.
-
The Texans lost again last night. This after being 24-6 up towards the end of the 3rd quarter. Our kicker had a tough time too. Hope our head coach has a speedy recovery too

Thierry Henry

His one is pretty nice yep. He has the penthouse. I won't say the exact location though to avoid Clyne Stalkers! haha
-
Used to see Clyne all the time because I lived 2 floors under him in Ocean Village, but since then got moved out here with work. That said, if anyone wants to rent my flat and see Clyne all the time, give me a shout! haha

It's a shame as I loved career mode in last years one, but I really don't like the way they have masked attributes on this one. Yes I know it is more realistic, but at least on FM for example you could sort by price..... this one you can't (unless I am missing something?). So now I just play Ultimate team and seasons.

I'm extremely proud to be British and also served in the Marines. I wouldn't give it up ever. I live in the US now, so if I got the chance to get a US passport, I would do but only if that involved me not losing my British passport (so being duel)

Yeah played as Saints in seasons. Lambert seems a bit slow but Osvaldo, Lallana, Boruc Clyne and Shaw are all good. Here's the squad ratings (4 star): Boruc 75 Clyne 73 Fonte 72 Lovren 78 Shaw 70 Wanyama 74 Schneiderlain 77 Rodriguez 69 Ramirez 80 Lallana 78 Osvaldo 80 Lambert 76 Cork 74 Fox 69 Ward-Prowse 70 Mayuka 71 Chambers 63 S. Davis 73 Yoshida 72 K. Davis 71

I've been playing it since closed Beta. I actually prefer it. It is slowed right down and therefore eliminates everyone who just sprints all over the place and doesn't use skill. The ball physics are really good now and it just feels more refined. Apart from that (and that you can shield the ball), there isn't many big changes in the gameplay but it's all a lot more refined - oh and Jeff Stelling introduces the game now! Ultimate Team - They have taken out the formation cards now, so it give you a lot more chance to play around and test formations, rather than have to buy a whole team overpriced cards just to test them. They have increased the amount of formations too - There is a new loyalty part in it now. Basically if you buy a player it takes 10 games for him to be 'loyal' to your club, which further increases chemistry. If you get them from packs though they are automatically loyal - For managers, you can buy cards to change their league. Ie you can change Wenger to be BBVA When searching for players on the transfer market you can compare the price of the player you're looking at to other ones for sale of the same player, so you can check if there's a cheaper one listed Career mode -For the player career mode it seems exactly the same as FIFA 13. It could change though as I have only played a little bit. -Manager mode has been revamped. The whole UI has changed it's look and seems more polished -Also in manager mode, they have introduced a scouting system. Similar to other games -send your scout out to a country, ask him to look for (eg) a striker, who's fast and they scout for you -The thing I have found frustrating in career mode now though is when just searching yourself as you used to, they have taken the ratings out of the main screen and the price too. For more well known players, if you click on them they have their rating and price but most do not, so you have to send out a scout to get more info. The most annoying aspect about this then is when searching for players there is no real way they are sorted apart from their name. On the whole though, I really like the way it seems to be slowed down (tip guys, if you get annoyed about slow turning player, press LB to make it faster) and it just seems that much more realistic. Hope that helps everyone

I'll check when I get back tonight but I think they are roughly the same. I remember Osvaldo being 80 on each as is Ramirez. When I go home later I'll post them here

I bought it yesterday as it came out earlier here and played as Saints in seasons. Lambert feels really slow (though the game in general is much slowed this year), but Osvaldo is really good. Also Shaw, Clyne, Boruc and Lallana are really good on it too. Only played 3 games so far, so this could change but so far I'm liking Saints on it. By the way, we are a 4 star team now

Did you notice his comment on Lambert to the left of his prediction too? W*nker

Did anyone have a problem with their live feed last week vs Norwich? I went to nbcsports.com/liveextra and it had us listed. It hit 3pm (GMT) and it kept saying there was no link when I clicked on the game. In the end after 10 mins, I went on NBC Sports' twitter feed and got the link from there. I must say though, aside from the inital issue the feed was great. I hooked it up to my main tv and was loving it!

Saints Adidas Red Track Top with Southampton FC
Reib80 replied to Ottawa Saint's topic in The Saints
That's good. This situation reminds me back in the 89 season (I think... I was young so not sure the exact year) where the Kit was sponsored by draper (though obviously this is much less in comparison). The players wore that, but the fans had ones with a massive black draper sponsor. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Saints changed to have the players wear the black draper kit after mass complaints? -
What did he says about us on MOTD? I'm interested
-
I wear mine in Houston fairly often. Even had one guy come across the road and say 'hey man, nice jersey!'
-
This sounds excellent. I think I will sign up when I get back to Houston on Wednesday (currently back home in southampton). So just wanna double check, people are saying there are 380 games per year. Does this include every Saints game? Or just a selection? Also in regards to overplay, could I use that to watch bbc iplayer from in the US?
-
Amazing! I am in shock
-
Is anyone able to upload it for the people abroad?
-
So friggin proud of him right now
-
Lucky I'm watching this on some dodgy Spanish stream then!

I just realised, the Houston Dynamo shirt is the same as ours, but orange:

Born and raised in Southampton, but moved out here. On a side note, it's amazing how many people recognise the Saints shirt when they see it here. Didn't realise Saints were so global.
