My honest opinion is that we got away with that one, they could have scored twice in the first 3minutes, and the only reason we didn't lose was because their strikers weren't sharp enough. We need a striker like Alexander (number 8 for them I believe) big massive lump, and someone with pace. Their goal that got disallowed too should have stood, overall we weren't poor, but we weren't brilliant, we looked tired after 65mins and in the whole game we didn't really create much, we need two wingers ASAP!! on a lighter note, saw Leon Crouch in West Quays after the game and just asked him if there was any news on any new signings and his reply was "hopefully two more this week"

I thought he looked ok, played quite well and linked up quite well with Mills and Gobern. A couple of positional faults but nothing major seeing as he's not match-fit and he only joined on tuesday, he did well. Will turn out to be a good signing IMO.

I'd put Mills at left-mid ahead of Holmes. He has far more pace, better stamina, better at defending and less injury prone than Holmes. And from what i've seen of both players, has more ability.

I think there are several reason for this, obviously no Davis so someone needed to step in, Murty isn't our player and although Thomas has been a captain before, I think Lloyd got the nod as he has played with most of the players last season, whereas Thomas was injured. Also, if my memory serves me correctly, he is/was captain of the Welsh under 19's and 21's so has had experience there

Saganowski, in my opinion is useless, just like he showed last season, scored 6 in his first 6 gaqmes and was superb, then didn't score in the next 11. When we needed someone to step up ti the mark and score goals, he went missing. for the last 3 or 4 home games, he hardly touched the ball and looked uninterested. good ridance I say
