Craig Levein - Excellent choice - I remember watching him play regularly for Hearts when I lived up there until a bad knee injury ended his career. He was a good team captain and has definitely learned the ropes up there in management at all levels. He is what I would call a 'caring disciplinarian' and would be ideal for a mix of young lads and old pros.
