MLT has insited on SSN that the -10 point issue was NOT the sticking point, but refused to say what was when asked. I feel we have a right to know what the real issues were.

However, that was the upshot of pinnacle vs FL. That is now dead. Is it not now the case that any new bidder, if agreeing to the -10 for being in admin without argument (be it right or wrong to do so) will only receive that -10 point penalty?

I think the reason was that the FL were going to add on a another -15 point penalty over the SLH issue. Now that Pinnacle are out of it, if a new bidder comes in and accepts immediately that the Club is in admin (putting aside the argument of whether or not it actuallly is for the moment), would this not then remove that obstacle, if indeed that is what this is all about? I don't blame MLT for 1 second in any of this COYR

Yeah weird -it's not like I've cut it out of a longer statement either - that was it, a short and sweet one liner for a short news bulletin. I would think there's more to that statement than they read out, maybe more at 5pm?

4. 30pm Radio Solent - "Tony Lynam talking to FL over the identities of the people behind the bid". Nothing else except to repeat the Fry statement of no new movement since Friday

Fry has told Solent that so far "there are no fresh developments" today. This on 1pm news.
