I can definitely confirm that they do bleed after a recent fortnight of looking after my sisters dog whilst she went on holiday... Forgot to lock the dog out of the bedroom and when I returned home the bed looked like someone had been bludgeoned in it :-S After checking the dog for injuries it clicked what had happened.., and then I threw up.

Where do you live? Is chandlers ford really that far? Worth going the distance if it means you get shoes that are right for your feet

Go to the running shop in chandlers ford. They get you on a treadmill and film it then go over the footage with you to work out where you need support on your feet and then help choose appropriate footwear. http://www.upandrunning.co.uk

He did lose the ball a fair bit early on today (come on, yes he did) but he was quickly forgiven for that following the goals. I think that's the problem, he gives people plenty of reasons to groan during a game but brings equivalent in magic moments too

I don't think Butterfields been given enough opportunities to show how good he is this season. I know he was great last season though. Think given the chance Butterfield could do what he did today consistently. I've groaned too many times at frazers wayward passes

Butterfield everytime for me. Never understood why his run as first choice came to an end sometime back. When he plays he proves he should be in the starting line up. His crosses today were just awesome... Unlike frazer that's not the only skill he has...

For those that weren't there let me tell you that was ****ING AWESOME and so so classy. Chaplow MOTM again for me despite guly getting the goals. Chaplow really has become such an important part of the team

Anyone else keep their coffee in the fridge? I always have done but not sure if it's of benefit.. I use a cafetiere for a quick coffee and a stove top bioletti coffee maker when I have guests... (my guests get leave my place totally wired!!)
