Such a great player. An assured home debut displaying great vision, range of passing and showing that he's not afraid to get stuck in. To those saying we will only have him for one year, you may be right, but if we can stay up and progress as the season continues, who's to say he won't remain a Saint. It seems like we will build the team around him, so the key part is for us to stay up and show him that we are a club going places. And that is exactly what we are, in my less than humble opinion. I watched it and would agree with what others have said. Looks very comfortable on the ball. I don't think he will lack commitment either, he was all over the pitch yesterday. Very much looking forward to seeing him play in the red (and white). Equador surprised me a little. Some really nice attacking football. Was a good game to watch and one which I would never had watched had we signed this geezer.

He wasn;t the best for the last part of last season either. I like the guy, but would rather he was back-up. Hopefully Yoshida will sure up our defense

On the bright side, we're only a win off mid-table Very encouraging performance in 2 of our 3 starting games, against top top sides. With the new blood still to come in, I'm thinking we will start to pick up points soon. COYR
