Perhaps you need to lower your expectations then. A takeover by a relative pauper is still a takeover, and will ultimatley result in our club surviving into next season and beyond. Anything more than that will be a huge bonus. I just want to be at SMS next season watching football, regardless of who is in charge, and how much money they have behind them.

Not at all. Thought they might bend the rules for such a small scale event. What I'll do then is stuff my trousers with bottles, buy a pint there, and just keep topping it up. Jobs a good'un.

Definitley the sort of man we should be looking at. Having a manager with a bit of passion will hopefully have a good effect on the players' attitude. They need to know promotion will be no cake walk. Being an ex saint makes him all the more appealing.

I cant believe the amount of people playing down these actions. I didnt see any vandalism myself, but if even half of what i've read here is true, those responsible are comparable to the idiotic skates who smashed up their own city after a derby game.

I had a dream last night about Saints. Kolo Toure was keen to join the club despite relegation, and season tickets were priced quite reasonably at £12.

I would be amazed and somewhat touched if this is true, and he does want to stay. He's had a great season considering the defence he's had infront of him, and alot of decent CCC clubs will be interested. Being out of contract, he's in a perfect position to move on and still be respected by everyone here, so to stay on would show incredible loyalty to a club he's only been with for 3/4 years (and alot of that time has been spent recieving abuse from fans). Gives me a slither of positivity when someone can like it here so much, despite the turmoil surrounding the club.

Sam Vokes. From what i've heard, the lad was desperate to join us instead of Wolves. Besides, what sort of chance is he likely to get in the Prem? Maybe a season long loan if nothing else.
