We are a family club. It's hardly a shock that families can't afford (both in monetary and time terms) the longer distance games, and avoid places like Millwall. Given the hard times (thanks in no small part to Labour borrowing to the hilt and causing the inevitable squeeze on disposable incomes) I think our away support in terms of numbers is amazing, and like I've said it is the best it's ever been.

I think what we should do is scrap the league cups in both countries (because it's a nothing competition anyway) and instead have a British Cup including a place for our overseas territories that wish to enter such as the GFA. That'd be brilliant and would make for some cracking away days if we drew Gibraltar or a Northern Irish club. This arrangement would also serve to raise the profile of our overseas territories that are threatened and bolster the resolve of British people to support them and thus keep them British. Patriotism has been a dirty word for far too long and what a great way to re-instill some national pride and unity.

They are indeed rubbish odds and you'd have to bet a serious amount say 600 quid to make it worthwhile. I'd want it to be a nailed on banker to bet that sort of money for that sort of return, and this ain't a nailed on banker.

Back in the first year of World of Warcrafts life I became a fairly well known figure on the server I played on. I had never been anyone popular at school and I quite enjoyed the experience at first. It quickly turned sour and I ended up having to cut ties and play elsewhere to avoid the scarily consistent bullies. The level of juvenile cruelty and bullying seem to be all too common in it and similar other games. I think without directly bearing witness to an emotional response it's easy to disconnect yourself from what you are doing to someone else. Jack, Sussex Personally I don't think p/ss taking and banter is a problem, but of course there are lines. I've crossed these lines in the past and there is one episode that I do genuinely feel bad about. That said laughing at Verbal is OK.
