nah come to think of it i'm not sure about it. As for the quote I deleted it yesterday to add a different quote but it didn't fit in the space provided.
-
And this causes them to ........?
-
That is completely and utterly untrue. I only ever edited 1 guided missile post for a laugh and he went divvy which made it all worthwhile.

How does Steve an agenda? He's giving his opinion. This is just the sort of comment that annoys me because anyone who doesn't toe the majority opinion is either a troll or has "an agenda". Yesterday I made the following posts: To which you replied: That was my opinion. I have no problem with you disagreeing with my opinion. In fact i'd love you to tell me why you think i'm wrong so I could then explain to you why you're misguided. That is the whole point of a forum.

You want to be careful what you wish for because it's threads such as those Stu contributes on that generally have the most replies and the most views. Personally I think he puts forward a good argument whether I agree with him or not. This place would be very mundane if everyone agreed with each other as essentially all a thread woulkd comprise of is the OP and it wouldn't be a forum.

A couple of points. 1. When DSM states there are a number of posters who cannot post without deliberately trolling, i.e looking for a reaction, it's easy to pick on those whose views are not the views of the majority, but this is not necessarily trolling - it can be because they are the views they believe in. I believe in everything I post apart from when i'm joking, but as a rule I don't joke about serious matters such as politics - be that that national politics or club politics. Everyone has a view on everything and there will always be differences of opinions and that is healthy and there will naturally be majority views and minority views. The views of the majority can never be construed as trolling because they are conformist, but this does not mean that the majority view is right - often the minority view is right. 2. On the subject of libelous posts I agree that this is a dodgy area for both those posting and those who run the forum, and i'm no expert on this, so some in depth advice from those who know what theyre talking about would, I feel, benefit everyone.

Just debate the thread.

I go to shed loads of games and i'm not having a pop at Alpine who can't due to the logistics. I'm making the point that he doesn't go to many games and therefore it's easy for people like him not to care about things like the ticket tax.
-
At the end of the day you hardly go to any games so it's easy for you to not give a **** about things like this. This isn't a dig so don't play the victim card, it's a fact.
-
Of course i'm wary - we always have a crap start to a season.
-
I think you're spot on with this comment, as this is how I feel he regards supporters given the removal without notice of the installment plan and extortionate booking fee.
-
Yeh I do. In time perhaps you will change your tune.

Programmes are rubbish and only something I used to buy (stopped some time ago) out of habbit and because I like glossy paper. Sod paying to read it on the net when the gist of what you'll read is free elsewhere.

So - is the Echo stirring up trouble or are they merely just reporting back a fact and are duty bound so to do? Just reporting facts which is what a free press does. Are Saints out of order for breaching a wriiten agreement or is it a storm in a teacup? Saints are out of order Is it important that Saints maintain a good relationship with their local neighbours or should they be grateful that Saints give them the time of day? Of course Saints should have good relations with Eastleigh - they're not a rival club they're friends of SFC.
-
I don't know what you're talking about.
-
My take on this is that even if it is true it doesn't bother me. How Cortese intereacts with rival clubs is of no consequence as we've got the money and that does the talking. I only have an issue with how he deals with SFC fans and our club.
-
Do you go running to the captain when someone steals your dairylea?
-
It really is pathetic if the Echo are still banned. Cortese is acting like a spoilt kid.
-
I've thought this for a while. He's another Sturrock imo.

Is he one of the gay people too? Blimey he doesn't look gay and that put's me off. I like my gays to be proper gay so you know they're not suddenly gonna decide they're bored and chang their mind. I tell you who really annoys me - Willy Hague - with his fake gay accent, and getting married and then acting like he's gay with those big come on eyes and when he really is only abroad a lot to keep up this image - he'll be off to Thailand soon and watch those lady boys try and trick him. Proper little "have a look but don't touch" is Willy and he's so ****ing convincing. He has broken many a gay heart has that one and it's dead selfish. I reckon we should invite him to Southampton, mebee say we have a cottage blue rosette making industry, maybe drop the cottage bit though cos he'd only play on it to tease us. And then we kidnapp him and dress him in a rainbow leotard and lace his babycham (****ing **** drinking the old tell tale - come and get me boys drink) with roofies and then try and turn him. I bet he'd never come over to our side though but lying next to him in a smart hotel on the Avenue and listening to him recollect his speeaches in his grogged out state would certainly be worth a w4nk.

Do more away games and get more p***ed.

The one thing i miss is great clubbing weekends away where we'd all pile into a car and just go somewhere like southend or blackpool or manchester or liverpool or brum or mad places like hull (these mad places were always the best) and get wasted and not sleep the whole weekend and pull any bird that breathed raher than kip in the car and ring in sick on the monday (usually tuesday aswell) and generally not give a ****. Getting old brings new pleasures but nothing beats the 17 - 25 years.

Lets assume huntley was attacked agin and this time they did a proper job, would there still be a payout and to whom?

so long as it's wet and has alcohol in it i will be honest and admit i very rarely notice a bad pint. Unless of course it's a foul pint of stella which i have noticed some people drink to prove their viriity, wheras those with taste and it all proved already drink a man that likes other mens drink or a man that liks women drink or a woman that likes a man drink or a woman that likes other womes drink or a bisexuals choice- pint of fosters (mebee even add a top or go really wild and add a dash of lime. I have tried go dead trendy but you either have it or you don't and as much I tried to pull off the standing casually with a bottle of J20 look only a certain type (the a list type of lad) can pull it off and Delldays carries it of with style.
