  1. No. But hopefully the club will stop filling those boxes with lairy away fans, locally residing season ticket holders, quite rightly, aren't happy.
  2. 3 hours drive from Southampton midweek, for an early League Cup game. We won't have more than 2k there.
  3. Quite. If you're paying £200 , do what you want. If you pay £40, you'll get a ban.
  4. How did they get a reputation as loud fans in the 70s , 80s and early 90s? Why isn't Arsenal or Chelsea's away support comparable?
  5. Man Utd outsung us today. When are the club going to get out of the habit of filling executive boxes with away fans?
  6. We buy a right back that our manager doesn't think is good enough for big games? That's a big problem.
  7. He is right on the face of it. Sell £28m+ of right back and replace them with someone the manager doesn't even trust for big games. That's not right.
  8. Fair few decent pubs around Bletchley. The Eight Bells is quite good.
  9. Why does she, and so many others, buy the Mail and similar papers and not the Mirror or Guardian.
  10. Hitler wouldn't really fit into conventional, modern day definitions of right or left wing if we're discussing anything relevant to current British politics.
  11. Why does she believe what's written in the Mail and not what's in The Guardian or Mirror?
  12. I didn't think you had to be a member to buy tickets? Just have bought in last two years?
  13. Because we were winning most weeks and had consecutive promotions and a Wembley appearance?
  14. Why should it be understandable if the BBc has any political bias? I don't think it is too much to expect them to be politically neutral. What are the reasons for people to buy newspapers, apart from liking what is written and shown in them?
  15. The fact is, people have a choice if they buy the Telegraph, Express, Sun etc, but if they want to own a tv, they have no choice but to subsidise the BBC, regardless of whether they watch it, or if it reflects their views or interests. Newspapers can influence public opinion, but they're also a reflection of the public's views - if people didn't like what they write, they'd buy a different paper.
  16. But has Rodriguez looked likely to do that in any of his appearances so far this season? I'd rather have an attack of Mane, Pelle and Tadic, with link-up from Davis.
  17. So Norwich's & Man Utd's away support are very similar?
  18. One thing that definitely won't be happening is us being "effortlessly brushed aside". Koeman will set us up very hard to beat. Our problem will be the same as last year, creativity in the final third.
  19. I thought it had been stated further up the page that the bloke who was just a member could have got a ticket for Chelsea away by joining the London Saints, therefore he would be jumping Saints ticket priority system.
  20. Not one single person who was at the game would agree with you on that.
  21. What about Man Utd's consistently big support throughout the 70s and 80s, when they were relatively speaking pretty average? Barcelona have crap support by the way.
  22. But your original point was that it is a "myth" in terms on Man Utd having loud support; then it was that they only sing when they're winning; now they're just the same as all other clubs. No-one likes Man Utd, but their away support is one of the best in the country and has been for a long time, no harm in admitting that.
  23. So fans can just jump the season ticket/members priority system if they join a supporters group?
  24. That's rubbish though. If it's 0-0 after 30mins, they'll be making plenty of noise.
  25. Their away support is the best there is and has been for many years.
