I think Reed has looked pretty good of late, not far off Cork's level for me. Sad to see him go and not the best timing, bit not exactly the end of the world.

Sort of agree, but the way both clubs, Spurs in particular have spent their windfalls from selling their big stars, they both have big squads fairly well set for long cup runs.

He's not a striker though. And not a back-up/replacement for Pelle, which is what a fair few of us think would be useful. It is interesting if we do sign him; Iknow a fair few like to be critical of Pelle's finishing, but I don't think its too bad and its been our creativity that has let us down at times, particularly recently, this bloke looks more of a solution to that problem. Agreed. And the club making it so public that there is an ultimatum and timescale ticking for Cork seems to almost be pushing him out of the door. Shame, good player and comes across as having a decent attitude throughout his time with us.
