  1. Yes, but why is that "funnily enough"? That's the most obvious and expected approach from the club, makes sense.
  2. Just googled that and (going by the website), that does look good. Better than that Casa Brazil place?
  3. Why on earth is that "funnily enough"?
  4. Is it? I've never used it. Does it blank out the endless replies as well?
  5. Do we have to have this going round in circles stuff from "Irene" every single time Boruc is mentioned. I'm sure she/he assured us Boruc was leaving by the end of the transfer window.
  6. Good news, would certainly have put off a few with it being a midweeker etc.
  7. Anyone know much about him? Realistic chance of getting him?
  8. Yeah, the original allocation was 1.8k and we haven't sold that out. Not cheap mind you.
  9. Who has suggested he has to be happy with sitting on the bench? A lot of players aren't, what does that have to do with anything?
  10. Tickets are still on General Sale aren't they?
  11. It does appear that Boruc has thrown his toys out of the pram though, which does make hima bit of a ***t I'm afraid.
  12. You do seem to find a lot of things confusing.
  13. We've had two league games this season, would that have made such a difference to any appraisal of Chambers ability compared to the end of last season? When he wasn't even deemed good enough for the under 21s? Once Arsenal are up to full strength, how many starts will Chambers be getting potentially?
  14. Agree, an absolute joke. Would he have been called up for England if he'd had a couple of Prem starts for us at the start of the season? He wasn't even picked for the Under 21s previously.
  15. So stopping immigration and sending back every immigrant, no matter how settled and intergrated, are the same thing in your eyes? Strange approach.
  16. Send all of who back? Every single person of Pakistani origin in this country?
  17. Many = quite a lot. Community = group of people, living in a particular area, of similar culture, outlook, behaviours etc.
  18. No, its about gangs grooming children, which is the subject of the thread as I'm sure you've noticed. And the theme isn't "Asian" by the way, it's "Muslim".
  19. As Spurs have also been drawn at home in the cup, one of the games will have to be moved to the Wednesday night - fingers crossed it ours.
  20. My appraisal of the situation? A massive clash of cultures, one where the grooming of children of an "inferior race/culture" is clearly seen as acceptable by many from one community. The solution? That is a tough one and I'm not sure if the differences are already too far entrenched, but my only solution would be increased police resources directed into these communities around the country, an end to all and any immigration from Pakistan into the UK and a re-education of some kind of the public services across these areas and communities.
  21. I like Hooiveld, comes across a decent lad, no as bad a player as people make out either. Good luck to him regardless.
  22. Yeah, that's the thing unfortunately, the teams that take 5k+ in these situations usually haven't played at the ground before, and are from a lower league side that see such a trip as their biggest game of the year, whereas we'll be going there again not long after, plus have Spurs, West Ham away in a relatively short period. However, cheap tickets, decent ground and away day, plenty of good pubs, no reason not to have a fair few there.
  23. Spot the theme here..... http://oldham-chronicle.co.uk/news-features/8/news/69558/jailed-the-sex-gang-driven-by-lust-and-greed http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/rochdale-sex-grooming-gang-police-2947712 http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/195951/Nine-man-gang-lured-girls-of-13-into-sex-slavery http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1345084/Jail-sexual-predators-led-Asian-gang-abused-girls-young-12.html
