  1. Was he not Fergie's pick though? He probably still carries too much weight around there though. Feel sorry for Moyes, seems a decent bloke, just ended up out of his depth. Will be interesting to see who they bring in now and how much of the summer it will eat up.
  2. I've got no idea, not heard of him. What sort of price tag you reckon he'd carry?
  3. Which benefit has been taken away to lead to the drop of 700 season ticket sales in your opinion?
  4. If I've read that correctly, it comes from a well respected BBC journalist that is close to the club? Why would he make that up? He'd be in danger of losing his job if it was complete b***ks.
  5. F****g hell, that is a bit of a revelation! Surprised it's passed the forum by so far. Does NC want to destabilise the club so he can get himself back in there at some point.
  6. Which bit of his post is wrong? Its all correct. Season tickets are a good deal, that's why so many get them.
  7. Some what? Everything he said was 100% correct. It was a good summary of the advantages of having a season ticket.
  8. Likelihood of us being able to attract him here?
  9. Er, yes it is strictly true. Everything he stated is 100% correct.
  10. As opposed to who?
  11. What a load of made up rubbish.Half of the away games in London this year went on general sale, the Spurs game didn't even sell out.
  12. Don't suppose you've read a recent Martin Samuels article by any chance have you?
  13. He was definitely there. Our support was quiet, as it has been most of this season. How many away games have we had this year where you've walked away thinking "that was class support, the whole place was buzzing"? Everyone at the game went to the match to enjoy themselves, believe it or not, you were not unique in that.
  14. Fair point, it should never be mentioned or questioned again
  15. That would be the kind of club we'd need to come in and pay good money for him - the only problem is I can imagine Osvaldo being the type of player that'd turn around to the club and say "I'm not going to them, I'm only interested in X club".
  16. Anyone that would like our support to be louder.
  17. I'm sure the team and many other fans would rather our support made a bit more noise at times. Not a fan of those that "berate" others though.
  18. Er no it's not, they can stand in silence if they want, it's just a pity they choose to do so. I'm not sure what is complicated about that? It is basic English.
  19. Why does it irritate you so, it's a fair comment? No-one has suggested they can't stand in silence if they want, just that it is a pity the choose to do so, which it is.
  20. Yeah, that's the way I'd see it, take the money, wipe the slate clean and move on as quick as we can.
  21. Team selection is out of our hands, but we still speculate about it. Wages are obviously important, they make a huge difference to how much a player actually costs a club.
  22. Is his stock all that high? How many clubs out there would be interested in him and be prepared to pay us £7m+ and the wages Osvaldo would be looking for? Can't be that many.
  23. Let them do it, no-one gives a f**k. That's the point, th benner is a nice, timely reminder, that the status quo is back to it's true balance. Hope their necks don't hurt too much with all that craning.
  24. Dull end of season game, we were tidy and the better team all told, if Rodriguez was playing I'd think we'd have won. What the hell has happened to Villa - they should be a respectable Premier League side, not scrapping at they are for every point they can get their hands on with a few gobby chavs to our right, At least they made a bit of noise unlike our lout these days.
