  1. So why can't any of those factors change in 10-15 years? Why do you think after non-stop expansion, eu expansion is going to stop?
  2. The stats above suggest it's much more than just a problem with Pellè, lack of contributions all over. But I do agree, we should set up for counter attack away from home more often.
  3. I haven't ignored it, I don't necessarily disagree with it, despite it being a bit of a vague opinion piece. No-one is saying Turkey is joining tomorrow. Care to answer any of my questions in post 1640? At least you now understand how Osborne is trying to play you.
  4. Please tell me you're really kidding? And that you do actually understand why Osborne would play down Turkish membership in the lead up to a referendum?
  5. Of course there is a chance, so you're just plain wrong there. They're getting visa free access now, where will that lead to in say 5 or 10 years time? Why do Romania have membership, but Turkey 'no chance'? In your opinion, which bit of this article is lies http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/david-cameron/11283924/David-Cameron-I-still-want-Turkey-to-join-EU-despite-migrant-fears.html But crack on and vote for free Turkish movement to the UK, setting our laws, we all look forward to the day when a British PM is in Istanbul bowing and scraping to see if we can make adjustments to our benefit payments or vat policy.
  6. We've looked nailed on for 8th for a while based on form and fixtures, no big deal, tonight doesn't change anything.
  7. What it boils down to is why do we need to be in a political union with Romania, Greece, soon to be Turkey, to have a healthy economy?
  8. Bit late to backtrack now, you've made your point perfectly clear.
  9. You don't have a degree, so I doubt it applies to you.
  10. Why would any of that change if we left the EU?
  11. Its alright, you don't have to justify yourself to me
  12. That post sums up how you, and many on the modern day left, view the working class of this country.
  13. You know what I mean.
  14. Stoke are dire. We should have put 4 past them when up there the other week.
  15. Another example tonight of the inconsistency of refereeing. This one choosing he doesn't book anyone.
  16. Would love to see it, just not expecting it. Think we'll do better than Stoke tonight though.
  17. Stoke are poor. One of the sides we were meant to be envious of. Spurs fans singing the usual array of s***y repetitive songs.
  18. I got 9/2 on Spurs winning the league last week, think they're going to take it right to the wire.
  19. Cheers. Poor clearance, not under much pressure.
  20. Leicester's game today was just another example of the inconsistency of referees, impossible to know what each ref will or won't enforce.
  21. A bit disappointing, but worse things than going to Everton, being comfortably the better team and being unlucky at only getting a point. Good to see Rodriguez back and involved. Poor clearance by Yoshida for their goal.
  22. http://m.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/14427400.Apology_after_devout_Muslim_bites_into_pork_snack_wrongly_labelled_as_cheese_roll/?ref=trn
  23. This is what you want to see more of, just not where you live http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/8570506/Police-covered-up-violent-campaign-to-turn-London-area-Islamic.html
  24. Nothing is going to be sorted out on a football forum, you do realise that on every thread? and you've posted on here far more than anyone else. But just to confirm, you do realise you don't get any of the good things you love about Islam (whatever they may be), without all the bad? You don't get to choose, so if you want more of one, you get more of the other? No answer to my question as usual as well.
  25. "No" to both of those questions. But you don't get to pick and choose the bits of Islamic culture that you want I'm afraid. You said "I think we all understand that terrorism is being challenged and dealt with as much as is possible." Apart from that obviously being wrong, how much more terrorism would we be experiencing if it wasn't being challenged and dealt with "as much as possible" as you state?
