Loved every minute of that, cracking game and performance, loved every minute. Pochettino fans on here got to be crying their eyes out. Never thought I'd say this, but Van Dijk is better than Alderweireld.

Virgil van Dijk signs new six-year deal with Saints
Sour Mash replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
One would think that Koeman had played a role in getting to Van Dijk to sign an extension. Equally can't see the club being happy with Koeman running his contract down. We could do with whatever is going to happen being sorted before the end of May, can't see it though. Not sure what new direction we're going to be going in either? Not the quality of young players coming through the youth teams to go down that route. -
Ramirez well in the mix, fair play, good game this.

You're kidding? What can we moan about now. -
Hannan is brilliant, always enjoy his stuff.

Quite laughable as well, people trying to pretend Turkey aren't on course for EU membership and people are voting in favour of this http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/david-cameron/11283924/David-Cameron-I-still-want-Turkey-to-join-EU-despite-migrant-fears.html

They're obviously not going to get a points deduction. They have got off lightly. -
Exactly. Unreal that anyone thinks the above is great and will vote for more.

He did join the scuffle. How many times has a manager run on th epitch in the Premier League this season?

Spurs were the away side. Clattenburg did completely lose it. Thinking about it, for such a supposed professional side, I can't think of the last time I saw a team lose it like Spurs did last night. -
Is your view of teachers really that low?

Ended up watching last night's motd as well, still can't believe how Dier stayed on the pitch, 3 border line red cards in the space of 5 mins. How can Clattenburg be considered the best ref around after that performance. -
If you see what gets bookings in other games that he let off tonight. How Dier never got a 2nd yellow, I'll never know. Would be handy if they're without Dembele and Lamela on Sunday.

How the f**k did Spurs finish that game with 11 on the pitch. Clattenburg really struggled to control that game. Fair play Leicester, great achievement, well deserved.

And another one http://www.dailymail.co.uk/wires/pa/article-3569199/Labour-suspends-councillor-Israel-comments.html

The problem runs deep throughout Labour's support http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/labour-antisemitism-row-suspends-councillor-ilyas-aziz-facebook-posts-israel-us-jeremy-corbyn-a7009771.html http://news.sky.com/story/1688489/anti-semitism-row-now-two-councillors-suspended This Tory plot has done a seriously good job it has to be said.

Thoroughly enjoyed that game, from the first minute to last, class performance across the pitch from us. Tadic has been on fire the last few games. Yes, City were poor, but I think we'd have beaten most sides comfortably today. Few negatives; Shows how much more we could have done this season - European exit, Liverpool in the cup, run of bad league results - all clubs are inconsistent, but it does show how much better we are than those games showed. Two soft goals conceded again. Rodriguez looks miles off the player he once was. The ground a third empty on the final whistle after playing one of the best sides in the country off the park. People are free to do what they want, but sad to see.

Not sure why you're so upset with an Evening Standard article, their words, not mine.

This article must be wrong or just made up, as we're often told that all senior business figures in the City are Pro-Remain http://www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/100-leading-city-names-sign-letter-backing-brexit-a3236841.html

And also, the majority of our players do seem to take pride in playing for the club. We're not exactly Aston Villa.
