I would really have a good laugh IF the Court said that all of the deals made since the presentation of that financial report were invalid as they were trading illegally. They get wound up there and then and all the directors , owners past and present loose lots of money Has it been proven that Chanrai is the owner ?, I mean has he passed the fit and proper PL test as I didn't think he could be the owner unless he passed ? Mind you after laughing I would then feel genuine sorrow for the ordinary club employees, and smaller creditors, as someone who has been made redundant a couple of times I know exactly how they will feel :( .

Scientists from the University of Sydney said that putting cat food close to ponds inhabited by baby cane toads attracts carnivorous ants that are also immune to the toads' poisonous skin. The ants then attack the baby toads and eat them. "In one spot we tested, 98 percent of the baby toads were attacked within the first two minutes," researcher Rick Shine told Reuters. "It was a bit like a massacre." "Baby toads are incredibly stupid and their reaction to being attacked is to freeze. I think they're trying to advertise the fact they're poisonous and let the predator get a taste of that, but it doesn't work for the ant because it isn't affected." Mr Storrie must come across as a good chap when talking face to face, otherwise how on earth could he have lasted as long as he has ? Therefore perhaps the new investors believe him and what he tells them and so have been very silly and not done a proper due dilligence thing.
