If you put Delldays, Trousers, Dubai Phil, pedg, Old Nick, Rallyboy and Turkish on ignore you wouldn't have very much to read. ( Also you would miss a lot of excellent comedy )

I am of course not a legal eagle but IF that trust do take over and then when it all goes bang will the main people running the trust become personally liable for the debts? OR will they like every other past "owner" seems to me to have done and just walk away and pay nothing?

I don't mean to sound rude but I am sorry I am now finding it virtually impossible to believe Trevor when he talks about end by dates. There have been so many that if he was selling food,and kept changing the date on those items like he has with pfc,as that date came and went he would end up being prosecuted for selling unfit goods. Mind you as far as I am concerned pfc are also unfit goods now.
