  1. However I was being serious I don't think anyone apart from my wife and my ex-boss from work will attend. ( 2 totally separate people ) I "know" people but not well enough that they will give up time to go to my funeral. Before anyone else says it yes I am a "Johnny no mates obviously".
  2. Been to a couple of funerals lately and will have another to go to within a few months. Both the past two have had hundreds of people there and the next will also - I strongly suspect. This made me wonder IF you lot have any thoughts on how many will attend yours. Also will you be buried or cremated and what will you wear in your coffin?(This last question was for Turkish as I know he likes to be well dressed at all times. I shall have about 1 maybe 2 ( wife and ex boss ) plus the undertakers at my cremation and I will have my Saints 2010 black away shirt on.
  3. The late Marty Feldman had it spot on years ago when he said:- "Radio 1 is a lot of fun like a migraine headache"
  4. I wonder if that missing chap, (hope he is still alive and ok ) was spending the day with his legal team and talking about taking pimpey to Court?
  5. I think you mean "fluffer" 2nd best job I had was in the early days of very short mini-skirts I had to crawl on the floor at the back of telephone switchboards changing the plug in cords. IF you were quiet enough you saw some very interesting sights for a young lad of 17.
  6. Where was that photo taken?
  7. IF he is as good as some say and only 19 I wonder why Chelsea and Arsenal haven't tried to buy him then?
  8. Bearsy somethings for you to look at re Black Power here in NZ. Do you really want to be thought of like these ? https://www.google.co.nz/search?q=black+power+gang+nz&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a I suspect not ?
  9. Remember the saying something along the lines that if every monkey was given a keyboard eventually they would write a Shakespere play? Well Corp in all of his ramblings was actually almost 100% correct ONCE. "For the record I don't believe you'll go out of business. I'm sure someone will come in and buy you before your deadline passes. Might not be Paul Allen but at least some joker (probably Roops) will bail you out. I'm also aware before anyone points it out that Pompey could very easily find themselves in the same boat again." Sorry but I had to point that bit out as it makes the rest of his rubbish even more cringeworthy.
  10. Remember a Pound in your pocket is your best friend. I would keep a job in these difficult times rather than spend lots of money on travel. Save up then travel in a few years as hopefully the situation will have improved. Easy for an old chap who is in semi retirement to say of course so Good Luck with what you decide to do.
  11. Very similar to what celtic fans said about Jos
  12. They don't because at this late stage it would point out how useless the Nat press are. The thing is no-one likes to be shown up as not doing their job properly. .
  13. I didn't notice - I will have another look
  14. As they are far too late to join the Blue Square what will happen to the cash collected I wonder? Will it be kept until next season IF they start again or will it be used to pay some club debts? Oh stupid stupid me - PFC pay debts
  15. Nope - I see we have both failed then, that rag doesn't like the real truth does it ?
  16. In the slide show below AVOID No 13 it Will make you want to throw up http://nz.lifestyle.yahoo.com/fashion/galleries/photo/-/14150816/the-bikini-a-history-from-bardot-to-the-brazilian/14150930/
  17. They didn't post my reply pointing out some missing facts.
  18. Talking of young Lucy I have been told a motorcycle is also in the video.
  19. All the best for next week Whitey My boss had a quadruple in March this year, when he was spoken too by the surgeon after he was told he was so bad he had less than 24 hrs before he would have died. He was /is still very over weight and has only just started eating better stuff. However he was back at work after just 8 weeks and is so so much better. He still has some pain and has to be careful what he does physically but you would never know what he had had done just by looking at him. Another employee dislocated an elbow over 3 months ago and is still off.

  21. Our daughter did that to me on my birthday and so I absent mindedly called her back. Snag is it was from my mobile in NZ to the UK. I await my bill with a bit of trepidation
  22. ‘Michael’s phone doesn’t stop ringing. Probably tired of phoning Trev to ask when the bills will be paid so they try Michael instead.
  23. I wonder if they have to pay tax on that 30,000 and if so will they
  24. Remind me someone please about how much support HMRC got from that group when they were in Court trying to get rid of that rule. Oh yes stuff all.
  25. Here it is another link, made me laugh a bit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYwDESi8PGM
