Considering the fact that Les Reed has been here for a long time, and the 'turmoil' - if you can even call it that - happened this summer, I don't think Les Reed did anything to upset the players.

Actually yeah, you're right. Morgan was just unlucky in that he didn't get sold before the ****e hit the fan. He deserved to move the most, so I can understand his reaction. But if a player wants out, they generally get their way. I look forward to seeing how this plays out.
This is what happens when you say no if a player wants to leave. Some people on saintsweb are so adamant in their ignorance. Was always going to pan out this way after Krueger's statement and previous discussion at St Mary's with Morgan.
We are so submissive. A player wants to leave and they're off. I understand a few but it gets to a certain point where every player will be wanting to jump ship. Who wants to be playing for a club with no ambition that seems to be going backwards in terms of the selling of all of its best players?
This is a vicious circle that can't end well for us.
Liverpool come in for Lovren with any Saints board in charge, be it Cortese run or whatever, the player will want to leave and our hand will be forced. Not the board's fault we can't compete in terms of stature and wages.
Dream, what dream? We're simply too small a club to realistically garner enough support and financial backing to compete with the big boys. We'll have to be content with 7th-8th being our ceiling.
What a prize tw*t. His actions have both reduced the fee we got for him after 14 years of loyalty to the bloke, and shown what an ungrateful, money grabbing bastard he is.
Thanks for nothing Adam, Clattenburg was right after all, you bellend.
