Where would they be without the loan of Lukaku? He's been pretty key in some of their bigger wins and when he leaves at the end of the season (as well as Odimwngie) I don't really see them as being better than us...

Mathematically No Form wise and general felling about the club (including squad availability) Yes we are as we are in the perfect position to keep this sort of good form up till the end of the season whilst the teams around/below us panic.

This was they key bit, got shouted down and laughed at by both Chelsea and United fans on monday for moaning that it was quite possibly the worst game of football of the season. United played like Stoke and controlled the possession in their own box to then hoof it at a pair of runners who looked like they couldn't have hit a barn door whilst Chelsea were trying to tap it about but had no idea where each other were. So long as we keep the core of the team together next year and keep the style of football going we'll be miles further up the table from just playing properly and getting results from it. I don't see how 7th isn't achievable with mostly the players we have really, we play well enough to score against anyone and can generally keep their goal tallies down now (we've only conceded more than 2 once under Pottechino once and since November there has been only one other incident of it in the league). All we really need to do is keep everyone's heads up and a general belief that we can do it.

Yeah Savage is an expert pundit that needs to be put on tv more often with expert analysis... He regularly brightens up my day by being paid by the bbc... He's nearly as good as Garth Crooks!

To think he was without a club in the summer when McLeish released him...

His kicking when he was in the first team 9/10 times was quality (plus at the Ajax friendly he did one of the most of the pitch kicks which was a good laugh). Hopefully the rest of his game improves with the u21's team/training as he's not going to get first team opportunities for a little while really...

We were 14/1 for just promotion last season the day before we kicked off against Leeds, 25/1 to win the champ. I tried to wack on 100 quid on us for promotion when we beat Ipswich 5-2 but promotion were rubbish by then. One of the few times I really remember gambling and not doing it till I was confident and regretting it.

I was thinking about them both as well but Villa have 5 winnable games (including against Sunderland) and Sunderland ride almost completely on wether Di Canio fixes them or breaks them, there won't be a half fix with him about... Norwich look the most precarious given form an fixtures...

Reading and QPR are down, 7 points from safety with 7 games to go is far too much to ask from either team. Competition for that 3rd bottom spot is now too tight to call properly...

I'd be well up for entering the Europa League in the first round quali, just for a comedy away trip to Crusaders or the Faroe Islands! Then again aren't the fairplay places handed out to the 3 leagues that are doing best in the fairplay league overall as well?? So looking at our league only determines who gets the place if the premier league is the in the top 3 of Europe (which I have no idea how to find out and can only assume places like Stoke are happily pulling the league down a bit)

Yep! Second one of yesterday contested, hilarious mess of a rule that one... Our midfield shut Lampard out so well for the first half an hour that by the time he started to get the ball more he had no confidence at all and looked like he wanted to go home. That Free kick he blazed over the bar summed his day up perfectly.e Hazard looked amazing, pretty much untouchable on the ball and charged past about 5 players too often, if he had been on 20 mins earlier the result probably would have gone their way.

Is it bad I felt Moses was the only player in the Chelsea team that cared and that when Benayone came on they suddenly seemed much more of a threat?? Especially as I wrote of Moses as the biggest waste of money by Chelsea since Torres... Must be Chelsea fans!

Just a bit of confidence to do what's asked of him really... He's getting a lot better on the wings where he should be most the time and when he is bursting into the box from half a mile out no defence/midfield seem to know what to do with him which is hilarious! Just needs to spend more time on his finishing and he'll be the next on a long list of our players linked with the "big 6"

Do Lambert or Rodrigues play in red? Yes Is it Liverpool red? No Will Owly see them? No Do we need them playing international football? Overall no. I am semi happy with it. They are better than most of the england team, but then again most players are but I am happy with them being dedicated to us really.
