  1. Have heard exactly the same, that Cortese it pushing Pardews patience to the limit and treating him ( and other members of his management team ) like children. Over the next few months there is a real risk that Pardew and some management from the inside will leave. No doubt it won't be Cortese's fault though and there " must be more to the story " etc blah blah blah.
  2. Not going into it again, I am off out now, all I was saying is that I hope when the stories start coming out, that people on this forum are man enough to apologise to the people that have given an insight, and if they won't apologise, at least admit they were wrong.
  3. It's an internet forum. Forums are for discussion, debate and speculation. If you can't deal with that, don't post on here. The number of people who have the full picture of what Cortese is like is growing day by day. There will come a time when it all comes out. I do hope that yourself and many others are man enough to put your hands up and say " yeah, you were right, sorry " when it does happen.
  4. lol@ The Cortese Army jumping to their leaders defence again, it's quite sweet really.
  5. Sunbed and eyebrows... I am off now Turkey, I will update you later. xx
  6. Just a quick shower and I am off again, we settled for a nice romantic walk and a bite to eat in the Sir John Barleycorn. I am chafing a bit so come back for a shower and a bit of E45. Will it be healed by about 8pm?
  7. Was Cortese there? Was there a programme on sale? Did you wait behind to get autographs at the end?
  8. I don't care about the game. How many bothered to turn up is what I want to know?
  9. I will give them the benefit of the doubt ( on this occasion ) . If we have a bad start to the season though, I know where I will be pointing the finger, but you can only do that if we DO have a slow start to the season.
  10. Has been a strange pre-season setup though, there is no denying that. We played possibly the two strongest teams within 2 weeks of pre-season training started, alot of mickey mouse non-league teams and finishing with Reading where 6 subs where used again. The first time for most Saints players that they will get 90 minutes will be on the first game of the season. And the first time we will have played our strongest team will be next Saturday too. And then there has been no real urgency to sign players, whilst the rest of League 1 have their squads mostly in place. I trust Pardew and Cortese know what they are doing, because this pre-season seems somewhat of a mish-mash and can't help but think the players are going to be not as well prepared as other seasons.
  11. It is true. Let me give you a factual example. Wembley. Silverspoons - Never had the demand for so much beer since new Wembley opened. Green Man - Record takings for a domestic Cup Final.
  12. Yes I did actually. Funny thing is, for all Nicks faults, he will talk to any fan. I slated him for years on her and he invited me for a pint to discuss a number of issues. Met him for a pint in Romsey about a month ago. Some things he stated satisfied me and some things we agreed to dissagree on. He gave me a reason for the Trusts inactivity over the last year, whilst I don't agree with the Trust, I was satisfied with that explanation. And no, I won't do your dirty work and post any of what was discussed on here. Funnily enough, some people are grown up enough to talk about it like men over a pint, rather than spouting off behing a PC on a forum ( I'm not talking about you in particular, more people like Dulldays, NickG etc )
  13. I do because I spoke to Nick for about an hour on the phone about it amoung other things. I have also spoken to someone within the club who has confirmed it ( not the reasons for it, just that it's happened though ). That's where I get my information from. Where have you looked to form an opinion other than having your arse up Corteses' backside? Oh... Nicks lieing now is he. Why would he do that when the club have already threatened various fans and organisations with legal action over petty little things? Would it really be worth it? Get a grip.
  14. I am sure Nick will let you have your day in court. Luckily, even though we have some right mongtard fans, most of them won't try and bankrupt another Saints fan... regardless of what/who and whatever stupid things he might have done... so I don't see a massive queue of people running behind you to pick up their tenners. Enjoy your lawsuit, have you posted on the weekend thread? I reckon it will read something like this... Friday - Sue Nick Saturday - Find crack in pavement to fall over and sue council for personal injury. Sunday - Find pothole in road to drive in to sue council for damages to my Nissan Micra It must be great being you.
  15. Shouldn't you be in bed? Haven't you got your best friends 10th Birthday Party tommorow? You need to get a good nights sleep if you want to win musical chairs.
  16. You are talking about events though, different kettle of fish. If you buy your match ticket from West Quay for a Saints home game and the match is cancelled. Do you expect a refund from the club or the ticket lady at West Quay? And if no refund is forthcoming, do you sue the club or the ticket office at West Quay? I think that answers all you need to know. xx
  17. Anyone who wanted a ticket could have got one. FACT! They went on GENERAL SALE. FACT!
  18. The Good Luck was sarcasm because you have no hope. They were just distributors. You should have come and joined Dave Bensons FREE Green Man Party. Everyone had a wonderful time.
  19. I am off for a bike ride in the forest early tommorow, so a night in for me tonight. This bird can go some in the bedroom, a bike ride knackers fat people like me out enough, without having to save some energy for sexy time after.
  20. You know what, good luck, but at the end of the day, they were just the donkeys, distributors or whatever. There was the owners of Silverspoons and the Promoter ( Eddie Limp Wrist ) who are the ones legally responsible. Also, regardless of whether the day was a f*ck up or not ( and it most definately was ) .... taking down another Saints fan... shame on you.
  21. I don't think anyone else will be that dull to pay £25 and travel to Northampton to recover £10 to be fair. Good luck.
  22. What is hypocritical? Do enlighten me?
  23. I hope we get to the final again, and the play-off final. 10 coaches to the Green Man for each of them. Kerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrching ££££££££££££££££££££££££££
  24. Georgie has opinions on Installment Plans too. That was the end of it for me then.
  25. Exactly, one of the reasons we would never have worked. She tried talking about football too much, and we all know that's out of a womans depth.
