There is a difference between slamming a skate and going for a drink with one and socialising with 'locals' - whenever I went for a drink with the skate I always insisted we drove off the Island, thus keeping to my record of never been out in P*mpey. Hang on, maybe Dulldays and Georgie are hooking up? That would explain why Georgie has got narky with me all of a sudden.

No need. Insurance company gave me a cash settlement instead. £450. Sweet.

Oooh this is like Guess Who? Who's hands did he shake?

The fact they mentioned wages being a stumbling block suggests its just made up, considering our wage bill/cap is probably higher than theirs.

Out of interest, how did you come to the FACT! that the voiceferous element of this board are under 30's? Sauce? -
To be honest, I was already known to the club, but didn't realise they linked StuRomseySaint to me, was quite a shock when Oldknow phoned me up on my mobile for a 'chat' about some of the things I had been posting on here.

I gobbed off about Luker 2 years ago on here. Within an hour I had Andy Oldknow on the phone giving me a telling off for being nasty on the forum. True story.

Gaydamak has reclaimed the land and is charging the skates £10 to park there on a matchday. http://www.fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=284852

I suggest you do some research pal before spouting off. In my last 200 ( TWO HUNDRED ) posts, I have only commented on 7 threads on the main board. All have been related to the subject in hand. So not guilty. And from now, NickG and Jamie Dulldays have been put on ignore, they are like a bunch of girls always wanting the last word. If you look through their post history, both of them seem more interested in responding to every post I make, infact I have no doubt they will respond to this one as well. Anyway, I can officially say I am bored of football politics. MK Dons away tickets being purchased this morning and I am getting moist at the prospect of seeing Saints on the 14th, having a few beers, some dirty Eastern European/African in the Queen Anne ( R.I.P ) and a curry in Brick Lane. COYS innit. -
You can't censor a newspaper, especially your local rag. They printed a story which was already in the public domain and were not the first to break the story... seriously was no big deal. Cortese thinks he can manipulate just about anyone who crosses him. As for the Pardew situation, it's my opinion that sitting back and watching the fallout was intentional. I had heard at the time that Cortese wanted to sack Pardew. I think he intentionally leaked the story ( which his pals at Radio Solent broke, NOT the Echo ) to gauge whether he could get away from it. As you rightly say, every man and his dog came out against the idea, so sacking Pardew was one step to far, even for someone of Cortese's arrogance. The Echo might not be able to sway the thoughts and confidence in SFC of the sort of people that come on here, but that CAN influence many others who read their paper with negative stories. Expect the gloves to come off if they are banned again this season.

A very fair comment. Speaking on behalf of myself though, I am unfortunately exactly the same in real life and have the same opinions. Anyone that has had the misfortune to meet me will confirm this. -
Invading the pitch at the end and goading Sheff Weds fans who had just seen their team relegated. Some of them weren't so ****y when a few Wednesday fans come on the pitch to put them back in their stand.
-
Palace got what they deserved, I would like to think Saints fans would have done the same to them ****y Palace ****s, had it been us in the situation.
-
Wednesday are a pretty friendly bunch in most cases, apart from that annoying ginge from Corrie.

It was carnage, absolute carnage to be fair. I still don't know what I got nicked for, some people in the crowd said I took a swing for the OB, but I honestly don't remember that. Beer is bad. I think the main reason we are Cat C so often is the sheer level of p!ssedness the majority of Saints fans get at away games.

Yes. It's safe to say I had downed a few lagers that day, yes. Stephen Crainey wound me up a tad, as did the over-zealous police officer. 6 hours in a fookin cell, by the time I was released all the lads were even more trashed. So I met them, had one pint and went back to the hotel. :-( Poor Stu. p.s - I never did work out as I was being dragged the full length of the pitch whether everyone was booing me or booing the police for dragging me out. I hope it was the latter, I'm sure it was.

I remember Blackpool away well. That bluddy ladysaint posting pics of me being 'escorted' out of the stadium and in to a meatwagon. :-(
