  1. I certainly hope so. I think it will be a disgrace if the memorial game for a Southampton legend is withdrawn only weeks after Mrs Southampton FC passed away. As for the opposition, it doesn't have to be a MASSIVE team that will slaughter us. A mid-Prem team or half decent European team ( like Parma / Fiorentina etc ) would prove a good test. I notice the " Cortese can do no wrong " crew are already reeling out the latest crop of excuses on behalf of him though.
  2. You don't go to Interlaken for 10 days and not have any match practice in that time. There is no way ( in my opinion ) that the club didn't intend on having freindlies ( especially as we only have 3 others arranged when we return ) It would not surprise me if the training was behind closed doors now, pretty much everything else that SFC do now is behing closed doors. But pre-season tours are not just about that, they are about the friendlies, and just an excuse to go and stay off the beaten track for a week, as well as getting 'up close and personal' ( not in a gay way ) with the players and staff, which gives a completely different perspective.
  3. I had to leave Fratton at 6am this morning so the skates little brat didn't catch me in bed with Mummy. I had an hour to kill before work. I can't upload from work.
  4. Exactly, they would have known the dates for Interlaken months ago, it is a very popular pre-season training facility and they would have to have got in there early to secure it. Despite numerous people emailing the club they kept silent - like they did about season tickets - like they did about Pardew etc etc... SFC is now a secret society. Is a shame, because it would have made for a very decent pre-season holiday.
  5. Yep, as it stands looks like the Ted Bates Trophy is being withdrawn, what with the digs about Matty, Keegan, Mac and all, the banning of Benali, I can only assume the Doncaster train still stands proudly in the board room. It does seem that Mr Cortese is not one for history and he believes that SFC's history started the day Liebherr signed the cheque for the club. As for Interlaken, that MUST have been sorted out weeks and weeks ago, or it would have been booked up by another team. Why on earth couldn't they at least of given us dates of the training camp? At least then we could have booked flights etc... FFS
  6. Do you? Will be interesting to find out then. It's also worth noting that the skates have come back to reality, whilst our ticket prices have gone up. P*mpey now have cheaper season tickets than us again! As for P*mpey, thats the least they should be selling for good value Championship tickets with a range of installment plans. ( Season tickets are risk free, they get their money back if the club is liquidated )
  7. P*mpey have sold 8,000 season tickets if anyone is interested. I reckon that would probably be slightly more than we have at the same stage.
  8. With respect, it's not his initiative, it's Saints in the Community re-branded so they can raise money from supporters rather than the clubs profit. ( Which before people jump down my neck, makes good business sense, if people don't want to donate they won't ) But no, it's not his initiative. :-)
  9. Yes, the software is coming in handy. I am very slowly, but surely getting there! As for Interlaken, gutted the club thought we didn't think we deserved to know till a week before. The club will have at least had the training base sorted for weeks, if not months, as clubs from all over Europe have used that facility before, including Liverpool a few times. Would have made for a nice football-related break.
  10. R.I.P Malc, a sad loss. Saint forever.
  11. Could this be YOUR girlfriend on MY bed? ( Yes I know about the wallpaper you c*nts )
  12. For obvious reasons ( incase you are her boyfriend ) I will not be Rule 1'ing this girl. If she does not finish with him by Sunday evening, then I will post up pictures of her with it all showing. I am a bitter person like that.
  13. Hasn't got many photos on facebook... I am not rule 1'ing the one with the boyfriend, that would be silly.
  14. Georgie, I am going to Rule 1 you. Simply because you linked to your facebook anyway, and you said you would like to find a nice guy. You might find someone on here, it almost worked for us... ;-) Ladies and Gentlemen, here is the lovely Georgie.
  15. Rule 1 Actually... better not.
  16. Not sure it was worth it to walk out to that this morning. F*cking disgusting.
  17. I am not quite sure who is the biggest chopper. You or your son.
  18. No, that's not is it, we have known about the Reading, Barnet and Eastleigh game for weeks. And I have been asking the club simply for a location and dates ( not bothered about the games at that stage ) for MONTHS. They should have announced it earlier. You are a tedious mongtard trolling little c*nt. Get a life. Are you going to say sorry for getting it wrong the other day? Going to ignore it again? Thought so... irrelevent no-mark.
  19. 1 weeks notice. Nice one. On another note, didn't one of our ex players play for FC Thun? ( Tessem? )
  20. I could be cynical. But it's nice to see Saints in the Community rebranded so it is self-sufficiant as opposed to using up money from the club. Good business decision, well done Mr Cortese * round of applause *
  21. You have mistaken me for someone else pops, as SRS, I made it clear to everyone that I go down the concourse on 36 minutes every game and always have 2 pints at half-time = £6 , I didn't even factor in the odd pie/burger that I might have. They do not only lose the ticket revenue from me now, but they lose my £6 ( minimum ) spend in the stadium every match.
  22. Deal. And don't forget, if the amount of season ticket holders that have not renewed don't go to 16 games next season, then Cortese has failed, regardless of the average attendance.
  23. Where are you going to move it to?
  24. Not far off the truth to be fair.
