I appreciate that the bulk of the noise comes form the Northampton but they just sing way too fast that buy the time people have worked out what they are singing or where in the song they are it is too late and the song is over. Many people have asked for the Northam to slow but falls on deaf ears. Shame.

what the hell has happened to our team ? I know we have not replaced the pace from last term but we are about the tenth of the team we were last season. We have completely lost our confidence. NA has got a hell of job to hand. Loans are going to be essential this season that for sure. A theory could be too many people know they are going to start so the energy just is not there - complacency?

Whilst we are on the subject of singing..........PLEASE can the Northam slow down when they sing Rickie's song. You almost have to wait for the song to go round again before you can join in. The whole song is just far too quick. The Na na na na na na na Rickie Rickie bit is perfect but the rest is a blur until you get to Rickie Lambert, Southampton's goal machine.

Just listened to it myself for the fifteen minutes that it was on. Came across very well, seemed happy to answer questions honestly rather than the usual "politician style" of answer. There could be mileage in this - maybe not all of it but I know someone who works with Martin's bro and Cortese is pressuring all the players to sign new contracts statinbg that if they come on after 66 mins then they will NOT get the add on bonuses - i.e appearance bonus/win bonus (Not much to give out there at the moment). Absolutely no reason to doubt the source.

Quite clearly the team have been effected by the recent departure. No fight, no passion or idea. You should never promote from within. So please Cortese, choose wisley as you will not want to piZZ off the fans as they can be quite relentless and will not give up.
