Cometely agree with this I was going to post exactly the same. Really couldn't care about this game. People will say we will have two games in hand. In order fo this to be a positive you MUST win these games. Would have quite happily lost to Blackpool. League HAS to be the priority this season nothing else. No distractions.

All this hype and attention could do damage to OXO. We really need to protect him form this in my opinion. A bit like Rooney and Moyes at Everton. Didn't play him very game if i remember. Happy New Year Saints. Thank you for making this a perfect New years celebration. Momentum is the key and this could be a fantastic time to play the Daggers ( although we all know how we can sometimes implode). Shame Brighton and Bournemouth managed to get results today would have closed a gap one end and opened a gap the other. Oh well. Thanks anyway.

I think most fans can except the odd loss from time to time - but the manner we are losing games is disgraceful compared to how we were last season. And remember the majority of the team are still here from last season.

Not really Championship winning form is it? Lets just hope those above us keep losing and dropping points, then we can make a transfer or two to STRENGTHEN not just add to the squad and go on a big second half push.

not reallu up for the cup this year. Promotion is easily the first priority. today we were without Barnard, Lambert came off at half time (not sure why?) Holmes left the field injured BB has picked up a knock and richardson is now injured! But i guess someone who - if we get beat it will be forgettable and not effect confidence etc. Mid Championship club please.
