In the NHS workplace is rife. My Wife is considering leaving a job she has enjoyed for the last Twelve yrs. In the last few years in some Depts the British White worker has become the minority and other Ethnic groups are using this to their own advantage, This includes cleanliness, Being lazy, time off/Hols (the wife has worked 5 out of the last 6 Xmas and Boxing days because they refuse too even though most don`t even recognise Xmas) Shift patterns are often very unfair and Holidays have been taken and not been recorded, In one case a Indian pregnant Woman was put onto a three day week whilst a White Woman in the same Dept had to work 12hr day and night shifts. You cannot even complain without being accused of being a Racist. All in all a so called Etnic minority employee knows they can get whatever they want and it will not come into question because of the race card but a White employee has to put up with whatever S**t is thrown at them. It should be fair right across the board. This post is in no way intended to be Racist.

I think alot of the time it`s jobs for the boys and not what you know but who you know (or poss in some cases IS what you know nudge nudge wink wink) Family, Friends, Agents and the like . P.s make sure if they offer you a new box/Bband hub to tell em you will self install it and it will arrive in 48 hrs via UPS plug it all in call them to register it and you are done.
