  1. Yes often the ‘progressive’ side of the argument want to close down any debate or concerns by referring to anyone differing in opinion as ‘……phobic’. Doesn’t help and makes opinions more entrenched. And I am not a fucking Daily Mail reader!

Are you against mobile phones and televisions? Technology develops - it is how it works
  3. Not qualified no but that has never stopped me chipping in. Far too easy to be judgemental but I think I am a moderate like JK Rowling but for some she is the evil TERF.
  4. You think you have to be female to have an opinion? Obviously Saintsweb demographic of mostly 40-60 yo white males isnt probably going to give the most balanced discussion on the subject
  5. Do we know it was life saving and not just for the cash?
  6. Can anyone come up with any reason why water shouldn’t be nationalised? Thames Water staggering example of everyone getting ripped off apart from shareholders. Fuckers paying huge dividends and running up debts and now need bailing out when have a complete monopoly. Couldn’t make it up
  7. What if you only have a tiny penis? Asking for a friend
  8. I bet you are the sort of old fashioned person who doesn’t think blokes can give birth?
  9. Let’s have no gender for sport and see how well the girls do
  10. Trans debate splits liberals. Got to be on the side of be what you want but actually rolling over what women have fought years for. Emotive stories are generally outliers but do pose questions that a liberal struggles to answer
  11. I stay in safe ground by saying Sam Smith is a fat attention seeking twat
  12. Don’t forget Dyson make fans as well
  13. Wouldn’t go to Elton John if he was playing The Joiners and a mate gave me a free ticket. Each to their own though
  14. 1960s is a fucking long time ago. Although I am boycotting Glastonbury until the Dave Clark Five headline the Pyramid stage on Sunday
  15. Staggeringly gullible
  16. Only my impression when she was on Laura K (or maybe Sophie Ridge). Nothing catastrophic but seemed more rehearsed lines than articulating answers quickly. Not unique to her and Sunak is the master bot responder - cannot believe his advisors are not flagging this as a massive communication issue.
  17. It’s not her relatability that I see an issue more the conviction and substance of her answers when questioned. That is not subliminal interpretation due to her being Northern or a woman. As I said I want to her to be good and convincing but she doesn’t convince me most of the time.
  18. You could say well it’s just blokes playing guitar about many bands. I get you like non mainstream music but I’d rather hear someone belt out songs I know and love than some new band. Probably an age thing as I was an indi kid
  19. Rick? He was on tv this morning saying how much he loved the whole experience. Seems a very down to earth bloke
  20. Karma for me correcting someone last week for writing ‘on route’ not ‘en route’
  21. Thought that was superb. Best I have seen so far although haven’t caught too much. Clearly Rick is a fan

I think mods should keep track of posters’ predictions and publish this information so we can factor in a trust value
  23. Lisa Nandy inspires no confidence whatsoever. Think her speaking damages Labour’s credibility. And I am routing for her
