  1. Papers going with Johnson bid for leadership. Everyone can see May has no authority but FFS is there a more untrustworthy phoney in politics than Boris fcking Johnson? Londoners might have loved him but bet the electorate won't. Such a mess and looks we are going to get another PM no one voted for.
  2. Sure it wasn't just a car crash? Heard f all on news
  3. See Nick Timothy and Fiona Hill have paid the price
  4. Well put. V good post.
  5. I've only read what has been put out there. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-39858788
  6. If there was referendum tomorrow on Brexit with May in charge of negotiating a hard Brexit don't reckon they'd get 30% #willofthepeople
  7. Oh the indigence of being associated as a Tory boy. Sorry but I concluded from your posts that you always voted Conservative? Ironic as well since anyone with opposing views is sweeping called leftie. Anyway have you ever voted Labour? Assume a little dalliance with UKIP. And you may be right I am no expert on the inner workings or the parties but one thing was clear there are enough of the public that rejected Tory austerity to alarm them. Wake up call for the PR advisors who's advice seems to be to just say repeat lines like Strong and Stable ad nauseam and we will be ok. As for the queen in waiting Davidson, I think everyone is on that bandwagon although can all change v quickly. People want sincere and principled politicians on either side and let's hope she is that. Also her manifesto will need to resonate with public of course unlike this last creation,
  8. Cos your party self imploded and absolutely no need for it. If nothing else it is funny to see the worst miscalculation of all time.
  9. Yep no denying it. I went to bed and woke up elated but more cos can't stand the Tories than anything else. Pleased for Corbyn too
  10. Going to be my retirement sport of choice. Over 20 years away though. #TallyHo
  11. I feel sorry for your missus today. You must be in a foul mood with how it turned and in addition your prophecies (the lefties on here....etc.) turning out to be, well not too prophetic. Still take heart your beloved little Nigel will be back soon.
  12. How can Labour gain Kensington? Not knowing the area too well but would strike me to be nailed on Tory. Or is it Noel Gallagher and his mates?
  13. Can we have a referendum again? Better the devil you know
  14. I like having a constituency with a local MP. I voted for Whitehead far more than any appeal of Corbyn. System clearly favours the two main parties but I think an alternative will cause more chaos
  15. The FPTP argument getting wheeled out after every election. Boohoo it's not fair. I think it works ok and who wants the Greens or UKIP anywhere near power
  16. Well they see it shaken easily enough when the banks need a bailout or we want to go to war

  19. And hopefully signals the end of Tabloid influence of it was The Sun what won it. Although who knows the kids may want £10 Butlins holidays
  20. Our forefathers fought those fanatical Christian Nazis to ensure you had the vote Charlie. Poor show.
  21. 72% reported (18-25)
  22. All those Tories that joined the Labour Party to vote him in must be high fiving each other today then
  23. From Twitter: To lose one Prime Minister to a reckless gamble on a completely unnecessary vote may be regarded as misfortune; to lose two...
  24. How are all the Tory boys coping tonight?
