  1. 5000/1 now
  2. Very niche. I never knew
  3. Are they 'perfectly willing'? our recent attendances say otherwise which is a good thing. May not be all driven by pricing of course. Away capping is not important either - token movement about need for atmosphere. Will always have youngsters with large disposable income wanting an away day p1ss up with mates - I know the demographic has changed a bit but deciding factor isn't if it's £30 or £40 I'm sure.
  4. Well when a league below them we beat their average conclusively Pompey below average for their division. Bless
  5. Brentford - can't move for bloody Brentford fans. 6000+ My conclusion is its bunkum or I am misunderstanding
  6. 92% of Express readers want us out if the EU. I think they have all been confused by whether statins are good or bad and still waiting for the oft reported cures for arthritis and Alzheimer's, the benefits of a walk and a good nights sleep and how to fit more broccoli (cures all) in their diet. They'll have to give away these papers soon as no one under 40 is buying Telegraph or Express I wager. I despair at lunchtime in our office at how many staff, mostly youngsters, are looking at Mail online - most openly admit they don't know difference between left and right wing as well. Depressing
  7. They are stumping up big time and apparently all those huge fees for Ramires, Martinez and Texsomething are all paid upfront - no instalments. Mane for £75m
  8. Bloody hell just seen his Leicester predictions
  9. Lawro has tipped us to 14 times. We have only won 9. Handsome win tomorrow and mustn't let Lawro down
  10. Thankfully we don't sell out every game so board can't be complacent and must guard against hikes.....I naively hope anyway.. Liverpool tickets in demand so they can. Apparently a walk out at 77 mins in game against Sunderland. Will help if they are 3-0 down I'm sure What gets me is the goodwill and value of ' brand' can increase without a huge dent in finances if they make gestures towards fans rather than p1ssing them off.
  11. Exactly - a nonsense table.
  12. Ok so we are a bigger draw than Arsenal and take more fans and nothing to do with fact we have played a different sample of teams. And point about Bournemouth is that weird that after this weekend's games Arsenal's average will go even lowe.
  13. Who could resist cuddles like this. Unrequited?
  14. TBF is massively skewed. If you check the PL we are 2nd for away games and Arsenal are bottom. Pretty sure Arsenal will have taken their allocation for every game and haven't played Bournemouth way yet. Plus other clubs will get the huge huge attendance from FP whereas they won't.
  15. BIll Gate's desert island book
  16. Cracking island. Remember going there amongst many others and wondering what fuss was about until went up to the old town and was mental. Decent sorts there as off beaten track to degree so not littered with yobs. Santorini is for couples
  17. http://aranews.net/2016/01/18007/ Not that anyone needs reminding of the barbarism of ISIS
  18. That good old Christian Hitler with his religious fundamentalism eh.
  19. Yeah but it is the hope and nearly doing it that hurts them so much. Loads support Wenger though. Look at all the mugs on here who can't handle any sort of dip in form without concluding board and management are clueless. They're everywhere.
  20. Give me strength. Sort of thing SOG would say. It doesn't need comparisons.
  21. Yes but emotions aren't regulated that easily. We are complex beings
  22. Adam Buxton's BUG is amusing
  23. Totally agree. Popular to criticise but one of the best. And had Lallana's number
  24. A little trite. Perspective is always needed but man doesn't go round smiling and shrugging at any adversity thanking himself he isn't in a death camp. Like the ineffectiveness of me telling the kids to eat their greens as many starving kids in Africa.
