OLD BUILDING: NEW BUILDING: Is it still set for Summer completion? Or is that pushed back to end of 2013 now? Either way - it is progressing.

North vs South - Premier League XI's
Saint-Armstrong replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
I know, but then I'd end up splitting the Midlands side and that would be a ballache as I am too lazy to judge who is where. So Norwich can remain southern for this. Good job I never took Geography as a qualification. -
Simple really, what would be your North XI and South XI - and who do you think would win? ONE RULE: Maximum of 2 players from each club in your selected XI. Teams are categorised as follows... NORTH Aston Villa Everton Liverpool Manchester City Manchester United Newcastle United Stoke City Sunderland West Bromwich Albion Wigan Athletic SOUTH Arsenal Chelsea Fulham Norwich City Queens Park Rangers Reading Southampton Swansea City Tottenham Hotspur West Ham United

I think analysing the game, yes we are happy with the performance My team put in a really good effort today It is clear that we are always after three points But after seeing the effort, we have to be happy Overall, we are.... satisfied, with the one point I'm not sure why the goal was disallowed, it's hard to see from here I haven't asked Adam about it, on the bus we will speak about it Now when I see the replay, I will probably get angry - but I will just have to accept what happened I think Maya played a good game, but also Boruc and the whole of my defence Today, when we didn't play as well as we could have - it was good to keep a clean sheet I don't know how many games I have been manager here, it has been quite a few - but this is the first time Rickie has come off Perhaps you find it surprising But also you may know he hasn't been training properly, and Rickie was looking a bit tired to me It's good news we didn't concede any goals, an away draw is always good But we need to work harder to get the three points though

Hardly missed it then, did he? Was in a cluster of bodies and did well to get a shot on target.

I wasn't aware Cortese featured in any footage?

I wish I could find the Pompey fan who spent all holiday taunting us back in the 2009/2010 season...

Yes please.

Seeing people saying this is Karma for IRA funding.....

http://www.foxsportsasia.com/home/news/detail/item960698/ Still like Jos, he's a good guy. But in the long run, if Cortese really is ambitious I can't see JH still being here then. A good signing for his rumoured £1.5m-£1.8m fee? I'd say so.

Ocean Village on Twitter: "Reports coming in: #SaintsFC defender Nathaniel Clyne's Ocean Village home broken into this afternoon while playing at St Mary's. More soon." Disgusting, really shameful.

Pochettino speaking to BBC Radio Solent: It is hard to enjoy games like that I am soaking wet I congratulate the players, they did quite well in weather conditions that favoured West Ham's style I think we played the game as we wanted We imposed our brand of football I think we defended well We nullified their style of play, we toned them down It's just a shame about the result, as my players' performance was really good I think we were unlucky the ball went through Davis' legs, touched a leg and swerved in Adding to that, how wet it was - it was hard for Artur to control the ball Personally I don't know much about the virus But I do know that four or five have been affected so we haven't been able to train properly It was a risk to bring Jay on, he was only able to train yesterday He basically spent all week without training The energy that he displayed showed a lot of him, overall though it was a risk so we didn't want to play him too much I am excited to meet Laudrup again next weekend They play a very similar style to us So I hope we see a good spectacle next week

Gastón Ramírez gave Saints the lead before a deflected Carroll free-kick levelled it up. West Ham never really went for it and seemed pleased with a point. What are we thinking.....?
