  1. Bit unfair if Shaw is called up and Clyne and Lallana arent.
  2. I detest comments like this. Luckily, I think NC does too.
  3. Since NC had the strength of will to get rid of NA at the time he did, I am confident that The Gash will be off somewhere else in January.
  4. Its not 12 pages of reaction. This is the match thread, and the title was changed by a mod last night after the final whistle.
  5. Reckon you are spot on, and it is beyond dispute. BUT Last night did reveal our squad is wafer-thin. We need another GK, CB, LB and more attacking options than we already have. We should also pay more attention to keeping Cork happy, maybe rotate the central midfield a bit.
  6. Bye-bye to The Gash.....
  7. I reckon so. 17 big ones - wasted. More importantly, looks like we can lay the myth to rest about having squad depth.
  8. Because as Turks so eloquently and cuttingly put it, you talk like you are to the Royal Navy what Steven Segal was to the USS Missouri............
  9. Right, so there was no point to this thread other than to attention seek, right ? should we all be slashing our wrists or at least picking ourselves up from our floods of tears at the prospect of knowing that Blighty no longer calls upon you to protect its sacred shores ? Did you want us to BEG you to change your mind ? I thought you were doing something of vital importance to national security ? Seems I was right about you being a chef all along...
  10. Is Her Majesty's Navy out-contracting to Berni Inns or something ? How will we survive without our own Casey Ryback ?
  11. Oh dear. Toys out of pram time.
  12. We did get a forearm smash last season that Hulk Hogan would have been proud of, in return...
  13. How short the memories of some......... Because ML and NC came along, we now apparently have the right to waste money. KRGs post belongs on your very own thread : http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?47470-arrogance
  14. Yeah, lets allow his contract to run down and part with another 10,000 ST revenues.
  15. You forgot about how certain players, superfluous to requirements, including Rickie Lambert and Jack Cork can f**k off, because we only need 11 players plus the Clubs (12m + 5m) benchwarmer-cum-reviewer of Airlines that fly to S. America
  16. 17m quid wasted.
  17. Wow, another thread about Delgado...erm...Ramirez..
  18. Yep, thought it was b*ll*cks...
  19. Huhh ? Isnt air 4/5 N2 anyway ? Sounds like snake-oil sales to me...
  20. Simply superb, Turks. A real coffee-over monitor moment for me... BTW, sue has the entire f**king world on ignore, I reckon. She's talking to herself when she posts on here. So sad she always bangs on about her ignore list.
  21. Yep, because I said exactly the same about Davis ...and Wanyama ...and Lovren
  22. I am totally open to changing my mind when a player comes good and proves me wrong. You have failed to point out that I was very scathing of Lallana last season too, yet he seems to have rediscovered his mojo (there you go, one for free for you). FFS, I thought this was a chat site populated by adults. Adults can change their mind when proving wrong without a scream chorus of "Na-Na-Ne-Na-Na". Grow up a bit. BTW, I reckon The Gash will be gone long before he manages to prove me wrong and change my mind....
  23. On this I completely agree. Look at the amount we've spent on two certain players for dubious return. Lets hope this is, and whoever looks like coming strongly through the Academy ranks, features strongly in NCs thinking if (when) he gets approaches.
  24. Yet we only scored twice, despite one of the most dominant performances seen in many-a-year. I think you've proved my point. Oh, and dont lie - I havent ever had a major pop at J-Rod; I did ask (like many) why we spent so much money and used him so strangely under NA. And I havent criticised Schneiderlin for years, because he has proven himself and is now consistent. I am, however, totally done in over The Gash. He came on when we were chasing the win, a situation made for him, and made f**k all difference. In fact I got the impression from the match thread that Stoke came back into it a bit when he came on.
