  1. I dont understand your motviation for this discussion from your posting GS, although I do agree with your posts, but this aint a game. I do hope you arent trolling just for the sake of it.
  2. Sounds like a restriction of trade to me...
  3. Was expecting this answer.. Of course it is. But seeing as the international community is refusing to work together, and its main insitution the UN stands absolutley impotent like the hippy teacher with chunky sweater stood in the corner of the playground telling the kids in sotto voce to play nicely as the skool neanderthals bully some little specky kid to within an inch of wanting to top himself, "doing nothing" has become a comfy escape mantra..
  4. Yep. Not rocket science, is it ? Perhaps if he were permitted to train with the "great and good" rather than some burly security guard with black bomber jacket and ear-piece trying to crush his cranium every time he approach the gate at Staplewood with his kit bag on his shoulder, he might improve and diversify his game himself..
  5. Ridiculous, isnt it ?
  6. I dont think anyone is under any illusions. I personally think hes had his fun, but the Ukraine game is a totally different story. Lets enjoy the great memories we already have. I dont personally think he will do any worse than Wellbeck, Sturridge or Shrek would have, anyway.
  7. Yep, much better to do nothing and rationalise it as you've done.
  8. Really ? Your "opinion" ??? Earlier, it was "He isnt good enough"
  9. Quelle Surprise....
  10. Thats an appalling comment, with absolutely no grounding whatsoever. In fact, I'd go as far as to say it is slanderous. Maybe the CEO doesnt want him coming on and saving our bacon and having the owner turn round and say "now, tell me, why did we spend that 19M quid again ???" Yet, you didnt even consider the possibility...
  11. No, you are not. But should we have left Europe to the Nazis because Hitler said he had no designs on us ? I find it tragic that such cynicism has replaced a judgement of what is fundamentally right or wrong.
  12. Such bold statements about someone who has had almost no opportunity to prove or disprove them, and was our sharpest (no pun intended) striker in the pre-season last year..........
  13. I dont think so, because in that 10mins Billy would more offer more penetration and opportunity than that overrated web-site w*nking material that is Gaston Ramirez........
  14. Its lucky "geniuses" like you didnt write off Rickie 4 or 5 years ago, then....
  15. Yes. I was completely indifferent about London 2012 until I saw the opening ceremony, and some of the performances that followed. Made me proud ot be a Brit again - for a short period. Its a pity all the things we ahve to be proud about are past-tense..
  16. You're wasting your time. He fails to get the point that none of the others managed a similar scoring record against similar opposition
  17. Yesterday I watched a video of a little kid dying from Sarin-induced convulsions, and saw a picture of a room stacked with bodies of dead kids. Its OK, they are only sand-n*ggers in a far away place that has nothing to do with us, arent they ? The UK should be utterly ashamed of its public opinion on this.
  18. Its all about money, is it ? You sound like a Man U fan. Thanks for letting us know hes had a 10% pay rise, too..
  19. I just think watching him enjoy playing for England and the sheer excitement he brings to it is a breath of fresh air after years watching the Shearer and Rooney dipped-shoulders pouting-face moody c*nt behaviour and the "how does my hair look" behaviour of Beckham. Football is a team game. Good teams are more than a sum of their parts. We need 11 players who give their all like Rickie, not the overpaid tw*ts from the top 6.
  20. Yes, because he was, and still is, being treated like CRAP.
  21. Billy Sharp is 27. Rickie Lambert is 31. Look at what Rickie has unexpectedly achieved over the past 4 years. We are paying Billys wages. He has a contract us. He deserves a f**king squad number and a chance to prove himself. We arent exactly spolit for choice.n Two goals in our first 3 games - one a peno and one from a defender. I would like to know what the f**k he has done to deserve such indifference from an element of our fan base. EDIT: Oh, I know. He lost a baby and has put a lot of effort into a charity to try to avoid other parents sharing the same intense emotional agony. Wot a bastard.
  22. Two different managers Two different sets of coaching staff One chief exec who has spent ca. 19M on two (as-of-now) unproven and unjustified "upgrades"
  23. Normally I am right on with your posts, but here you are talking b*ll*cks. Comparing Billy to Forecast and a Carlos kick-a-ball is insulting; Billy actually achieved something for the club and made a great contribution. I note that a lot of those who are saying he aint good enough, and we should sh*t on him over his wages that were fair-and-square agreed contractually are the very same ones happy to pay Gashton 60K PW for a pitiful contribution.
  24. What a pleasant tone this post has. Either you are a self-centered nasty piece of work with little regard for the fortunes of any of our ex-players, or you are a troll on scale not even I get accused of.
  25. So whats Lee done thats so f**king special to bring him back into contention ?
