None of the Leagues conditions about membership come into effect until they exit administration, but they can start the season in administration. That is sick. The impression I got was that Büttner was a bit deceitful by bringing up the third party issue almost at the point of singing contracts. I would have thought in NCs eyes that makes him history, completely. Hence my comment about desperation.
